We received a quote and set up the appointment all by email which was really convenient for our busy schedule. The technician was friendly and arrived on time. He seemed very knowledgeable and worked quickly to finish our carpets. The best part was NO MORE PET SMELL from the previous owners! Worth the money!

I called for a carpet cleaning. They got it cleaned and done the very same day. Took the odor out the carpet in the apartment I JUST moved into. Also worked around and moved the dresser I left in there plus placed plastic protection on its legs so it doesn't damage. Thanks guys!

I have 3 cats (one of whom has a sensitive stomach) and a Golden Retriever. My carpets looked horrible and I have company arriving on Thursday. I called Carolina Carpet Cleaning on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday at 9 AM. To my very pleasant surprise, Steve arrived early and was at work at 9. My carpets look amazingly clean, virtually new (and we're talking 20-year old carpet).

The price was right, the service was excellent and the results were exceptional. I'll be using these guys from now on.

Carolina Carpet Cleaning was great! Was able to schedule me for same day service. David arrived promptly and called in advance. He was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable. I'll use them again in the future.

I usually use the other "big" company but this one popped up in the search straight away so I decided to try them as their prices are pretty much the same, they called early and came early and the guy was very nice and informative (which I never knew I should keep the ac at a certain temp – no company ever told me that before) for the carpets to dry quickly, anyway they are nearly dry especially using a large window fan around the house, they came out good, and I would call this company again and not the other, I did like the service better and the person who did the cleaning was much nicer and very friendly to my 4yr old who can be in the way at times lol
