Terrible experience with this company. First off, they do not utilize the 'standard' means to verify accreditation. Instead, they force new users to have a brief phone call with their CEO (which ends up being handed off to a staffer as Bruce is 'too busy'). They use Calendly to make the appointment. But, instead of going with that system, they ended up calling unannounced, for which I was unavailable and requested we stick with the scheduled time, if a phone call is (still) required. When came time for that call, I never heard from anyone.
Net net…there are tons of other platforms out there who utilize a more standard/efficient means for verifying accreditation. It's fine for a company to do their own thing, but if so…be professional about it and respect people's time!
