Very swift communication, timely delivery.

The delivery arrived in 6 weeks, which considering the COVID situation with building supplies, was very good. I received exactly what I ordered, it looked exactly like the photos online, and nothing was broken, inspite of not very good packaging on the pallets. The only negative factor was that I had problems with the delivery agent, whose truck did not arrive on the scheduled day, and were not helpful when I called them. Eventually I contacted Caro Centre and they sorted it out for me, and the delivery was made satisfactorily. So apart from wasting a lot of time waiting for a delivery, and stressful phone-calls, I am now a happy customer!
