The Carnegie site is basically safe and easy to browse. It is curious, however, that they feel it advantageous to put a tracking cookie on your computer. In a truly ethical environment the cookie should erase itself at the end of the end user's visit. The Privacy Policy page is "Under Construction" – really??! So, they have no Privacy Policy as of mid-2013 and this is not a good thing.
