Wanted to send flowers to my daughter for the celebration of her baby. I placed order on Tuesday 4/11 and my order said SAME DAY delivery…No flowers on the 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th. I am heart sick, as I live in NY & my daughter is in San Diego & my gesture is all I could do to show my joy from so far away. I am so disappointed that no one cares. The 800 # is a lie. No one ever answers. Now I will file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau & go about getting a refund. How are they still in business if people have legitimately been scammed? I'm so puzzled.

Ordered from carms florist listed in silver springs MD,been waiting for 2 days with no avail,their 1800 number baloney,do not order from this site,hope they will be wiped or even caught,

Ordered flower for same-day delivery for Valentine's day, and wait for a whole day but no flower was being delivered. Called the customer service number provided as 800-518-1260 for over 20 times, no one picked up the phone. Also left voice message to the number, but got no reply. wasted $59 to this scam website and can't get the money back now. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered flowers for same day delivery on 10/22/16. No delivery made, 10/22/16, 10/23/16, or 10/24/16. And now recipient is unavailable so flowers can not be delivered. Payment cleared the bank this morning, 10/24/16 and since the transaction is no longer pending, bank unable to stop payment.
