Great model great website!

I've sent a complaint to Carmodelz regarding the way packaging and display with base have arrived in extremely bad condition. That complaint was accompanied with photographs.

Regarding the new purchase I have received it. But there is a problem with the plastic cover which is broken in various places. The base also has some damages. The model is quite beautiful and expensive. And I'm interested in it. So what should be done?
