I had the same bad customer service experience. This customer service cannot solve simple problems.
After several emails, Carmina stopped communicating.
The problem remains. Those who can afford to deal with their solvent customers will soon run out.

Nice shoes, very lousy customer service. The customer service will destroy this company if they will continue their customer service the way it is. Sent back a shoe for a size exchange, said that it will take a month to process. E-mailed them a couple of times for updates, and no response. Took my money and ran away. Stay away.

I ordered my shoes in August 19. I payed upfront. Until now ( end of december)I didn鈥榯 receive the shoes and I asked my money back since 3 weeks. I always receive mails that the payment will be send back but nothing happens.

Carmina used a well-respected courier (UPS) that unfortunately mishandled my order which meant I didn't receive the shoes. UPS was very difficult to deal with and denied responsibility. Carmina gave me a refund.
