Buying a car is always a complicated affair, but the added pressure of salespeople pouncing on you the moment you walk into a dealership, pushing toward a sale is so tiresome and real turn off. This was our experience at other dealerships we visited. We have been looking for a new family SUV for some time and had been along the regular circuit鈥udi Q5/7, Volvo XC90, BMW X5, LandRover etc.

Hopkins Acura could not be further away from that 鈥?the most pleasant and supportive experience of any Acura dealer or other Car dealership we have ever met. It鈥檚 a smaller quainter dealership, but its REAL unlike the fake crystal and metal facades you elsewhere. The MDX also was a great car, we were totally surprised. Really superb.

The entire team is super kind, their general manager Jeff stayed late for us to come and visit, had snacks ready for our baby son and was nothing but charming. No pressure, just lots of answers to our questions and time to digest without obligation. A really refreshing style and manner.

We felt 鈥渧alued鈥?which means a lot, and we loved the car; having actually had the time to explore it, instead of being rushed into a vehicle and then rushed out to a sales desk which is the norm in other places we had visited.

We visited the Hopkins group again and served by Julio, who was tremendous. An absolute stand up chap. Honest and who really went above and beyond. The attention to detail and that fact nothing was too much trouble was something we found very special. We spent a long time learning the different options but again the no pressure, no force and we really enjoyed the entire experience. We are thrilled with the Acura MDX and the 5 star service he delivered.

If you are thinking about buying an Acura 鈥?this is the place to visit. Even if you are thinking of another car 鈥?I still would urge you to pop in.
