I recently bought a guitar from this store, and not knowing much about guitars when it arrived, I ordered a case. A day later I received a phone call informing me that if the case was for the guitar I had ordered it wouldn't fit. I was so thankful. I now have the right case. Customer service such as this is rare. I will happily continue to purchase at this store knowing they are looking after their customers.
