Horrible experience:
1. Car arrived late
2. Despite this CArlili wanted me to give it back on time (???)
3. Dirty inside
4. countless issues outside, scratches, broken parts
5. Extremely unpolite call center. Young dude that was constantly interrupting me while talking. He could not hear at all what I was saying
6. I could not talk to them as the line was just ringing (so not busy) and nobody picking up.
7. They have hidden costs, so be careful of what you think you will pay
So I really recommend to go to Sixt, Hertz, anywhere but not here!

Great service and car pick-up and return experience – even included a free breakfast on the spot ๐ Definitely made our weekend enjoyable!

Punctual, flexible, reliable, reassuring, cheerful, polite and… patient! I can not better say.
My only little tip, as a car check has to be done before getting the car and giving it back, allow 10/15 minutes for each of those checks prior your departure. ๐
I am not easily impressed but Carlili did it. It has been a great experience for me. I'll use their service again whenever I'll need them.
