Easy all the way from viewing to driving away

The sales consultant was excellent. However we were left with a car with a slow puncture and a broken locking wheel nut. This has taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve as we have moved in between and the wheel nut not easy to obtain!!

Shame as this is our 5th Car Giant purchase so we are a little disappointed.

I enjoyed working with Ali Rahsepar on my car purchase and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. He's a car guy and helped me make my decision! 🙂
