As like the rest of the uk trying to by hand sanitiser recently is impossible… website are selling it for 1000x the price is should be. Found carethy made a purchase and then was reading the reviews and got scared it was some kind of scam! Contacted carethy customer service who were excellent gave me all the information and my parcel came within the slot they gave me. 2 big bottles of hand sanitiser the exact ones I ordered! Very happy customer… felt like I needed to write a review as all the reviews are terrible but in this unprecedented time they got my order perfect to me on time!

I felt I I had to write a review as all the others were so awful! I ordered 3 sanitizer gels, received prompt email acknowledgment and shortly after an email giving me details of postage and tracking information. I read the reviews after placing my order and so I thought I would not receive anything. Happily surprised, I received my order, 3 sanitizer gels, (admittedly not the brand I ordered, but I had read a notice on the site before I ordered saying that might happen) received within the delivery time stated. I am very pleased and happy to receive my order. Thanks Carethy, 5 stars from me,

RIP off company ordered 6 weeks ago no replies to emails or messages and can not access their website anymore, save your money lads I鈥檓 a normal fella that just lost 60 pound sterling don鈥檛 get caught like I did.

I can only comment on my one transaction which has been fine.
I ordered Hand Sanitizer on 5th March and got an immediate confirmation, with Tracking details.
I appreciated with the exceptional world wide demand delivery may be disrupted.
I received confirmation from Royal Mail on the 14th that they had received the package and it was delivered on the 17th. Sanitiser was exactly as described and is 75%Alcohol based. Thank you Carethy.

1) First : I ordered hand sanitizes from Carethy and waiting from the order acknowledgement which I did not receive to my email account.
2) I was bit suspicious and immediately messaged them thru their website- No reply
3) I thought I will do my bit by writing my experience with this company(carethy) on Trustpilot

I have STILL not received ANY contact from your company. The response posted here is simply a copy/paste exercise, provided to all reviews posted here by dis-satisfied customers. I will be disputing the payment for the 'scheduled order' (which I never requested!!!) and will need to cancel my card to prevent further payments, because I am unable to contact you and you do not reply to my emails to correct this illicit order. I encourage EVERYONE who鈥檚 written reviews here to file reports with both their local police as well as Interpol. I made a purchase this past weekend, found these horrible online reviews afterward because I was trying to figure out what the 鈥淵oga Guarantee鈥?nonsense that I鈥檇 unwilling purchased was. I immediately sent a cancellation request, three working days have passed with no response.

I have the same story as everyone apparently, You order from them, they charge you, you do not get your product that you paid for, and they can not refund you, your money back because of IT problem.

I have placed an order on Jan 27, 2020 and paid extra for the fast delivery before Feb 3rd.
By Feb 1st , my product was still not delivered, so I cancelled, and asked for a refund of my 188.87 Euros.

Here is a rundown of my experience with Carethy, with dates:

17.01.2020 "I placed the order, the total amount of 188.87 Euro has been paid to carethy.de from my N26 account.
The email that shows the order information and the expected delivery date of the items are shown ( email attached)"
01.02.2020 "I emailed the customer service to cancel my order , on the grounds that It was especially important that I received my order at the latest by Jan 31,
Since I was supposed to take the supplements with me on my flight abroad by February 2nd, 2020 .
As I checked the status of my order, I was shocked to see that ""it was still in process"", and not even left your inventory .
I also include the Order Reference Number of (PHA-DE-2001172243552ad ) along with my email."
03.02.2020 I received an email from the Carethy customer service ([email protected]) saying that they cancelled my order, and asking whether I wanted a coupon or my money back on the same account that I used.
03.02.2020 I replied them saying that I wanted the whole amount of the moneys back, using the same payment method that I used to make the purchase.
05.02.2020 I received an email from the same email address ([email protected]) , saying that 鈥淎s requested, they鈥榙 process my refund with the payment method that Ihave used. This refund would show in a maximum 14 working days since 03-02. That I should also take into account the working days.鈥?br />
19.02.2020 I sent a reminder email to the customer service, reminding about my return payment, since by this date, I still had not received any refunds.
24.02.2020 "I sent another email to the customer service, since by the 24th of Feb,2020 I still hadn鈥檛 received any refund..
I also included my original cancellation email , and the order reference number for reference.."
24.02.2020 "I received an email from the Carethy customer service ([email protected]) saying that :
They deeply regretted the inconvenience caused.
That their payment platform suffered a technical incident and theirIT department was working on solving it as quickly as possible.
My refund would be processed as soon as possible."
28.02.2020 I wrote a negative evaluation of Carethy,de on trustpilot-com , which is supposed to be an independent online review platform.
2.03.2020 "I got a reply from the Carethy team through trustpilot-com saying: 鈥淭hanks for contacting us. What is the order number, please?
When we have this information, we will be able to inform you about the situation.鈥?quot;
2.03.2020 I logged in to my account at trustpilot-com , and updated my comment with the Order Number, and warning unsuspecting people, advising them away from making purchases from Carethy.
4.03.2020 I logged in to my account at trustpilot-com , and saw that my original negative comment was removed.

as of this writing, I still haven't received any refunds.

ADDITIONAL NOTE About positive commenters: They are likely paid to write positive comments, to keep the overall score high. The presence of even a single positive comment would help raise doubt about the illegitimacy of their business, and help hide the scam .. Human nature simply wants to believe!. We have a tendency to skip a thousand bad signs, but cling to a single good one, like the case with Carethy. This is a clear scam.

Their website has a link at the bottom to an allegedly 'online review' platform called 'verified-reviews-co-uk', where they score a very high 8.6 out of 10. I was genuinely intrigued , and queried that company as well here on trustpilot.com . I had to laugh over what I've found !.. Check it yourselves.

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered 拢50 worth of supplements, they never came.

I have asked for a refund and that also hasn't come.

It's ordered in December 2019, it is now March 2020.

Please do not use this website.

They do not reply back, Have already left a review – got an answer but it is a shell answer because they don't do anything with the information that was given.

I purchased an item, they said after chasing for weeks after supposedly delivering that the item was out of stock and therefor they rewarded me in points on their website instead of giving me back my money. I told them I wanted my money back and since then there is a radio silence. They delete comments of their social media, it is full of people waiting for their products or their money. AVOID

Very bad . I had been order last January 10. I didn鈥檛 get my parcel and they say within 14 day refund but I didn鈥檛 get my money. I wrote email so many times but not reply. It is really scam company .

I read these reviews and was very worried. So much so I called my card company. Glad they couldn鈥檛 process it until after a month. As Everything turned up, good packaging, fantastic prices, toke about a week, thank you. I am a genuine 鈥楯o Public鈥?

1 star just to post this – terrible customer service – I ordered in August and was charged for items never received – spent last 7 months sending emails to company – getting replys to send information again each time – I put up a review and was contacted by them again requesting information again and still no refund – AVOID!!!!!!!!!

BAD – BAD – BAD… stay away from this shop. They keep selling items that they don't have in stock (although it should "In stock") and once you have paid, you receive an email that propose you to wait indefinitely until the product is available or a replacement that you do not want. It has been over a month that I have asked to cancel my order and get my monney back and still waiting !
These commercial practices should be BANNED.
