I recently bought a Wilcare Eton riser recliner on the web from this company as my Mum had been renting one from a different company. I bought the chair from carestore.ie for 鈧?90 and the other company was selling it for 鈧?,299. Major saving. I needed to ring them up to make sure that it was the exact same model that my Mum was renting and got through to Pam who couldn't have been more helpful. She went off and took a load of measurements for me to reassure me that the chair was the exact same dimensions as my mothers rental. She even advised me that I might be able to claim the VAT back on the chair. That night I bought the chair online without any hassles and arranged to pick it up instore the next day (Saturday morning) – They do deliver but I wanted to to make sure it was setup OK for my Mam that weekend. When I arrived the owner, John, was there to go through the different aspects of the chair and ran through a few tips on how my mother should use it to get the best out it. He also went through the Vat refund process and printed out some documents for me on how to claim this back. It's refreshing to see a company like this so customer focused. Both my Dad and myself dealt with homecaremedicalsupplies.ie before this purchase and found the level of service and professionalism from homecaremedecial to be very poor. I don't normally write long reviews but carestore.ie deserve praise for their attention to care, detail and their customer. Thanks to John and Pam for a great experience. You've one very happy customer.
