Scam company, agressive ads, expensive useless products, home site doesn't allow unsubscribe from them

The picture of the Caresole knee brace in very misleading. The brace is nothing more than a standard (but light weight) compression sleeve. There is no patella support, as appears on the picture. It is all graphics. The velcro straps cannot be both attached to the attachment spot at the top of the sleeve. There is only one attachment spot and one strap cannot be placed on top of the other to secure it. You could put each strap on one-half of the attachment spot, but they let go.
My order was shipped from Wuhan, China and never arrived after 2 months. A second order, after my much complaining, was shipped from Idaho and arrived in 2 weeks. I was told 2 times that support would contact shipping and get back to me with information. Never happened.
For the same price you can buy MUCH better knee support compression sleeves.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis but with caresole products that help to relief the pain I can say I am fine now and saved 3000 euros to get one injection. I recommend that product.

This foot wrap is too small for my foot. I ordered women鈥檚 size but Is not capable of wrapping around the foot/ankle. A total waste of money. Do not buy.

I purchased the Caresole X wrap. This is the absolute worst product I have ever purchased online (and I do a lot of online shopping). This does not fit the anatomy of a foot or provide any relief from foot pain. It did not come with a diagram of how to use. I had to request one and the one sent doesn't even make sense. I am so disappointed with this product. I wrote the company and they only offered me a 30% off the price of purchase or that I would have to pay to return it and include a tracking number. This product is a sham. Do not waste your money.

Ordered 12/7. It's new years eve. Wish I'd have read the reviews first. Money for nothing.

The product is not good.. I cancel my order online,after I ordered it. They did not cancel, said it's on the way , I asked from where? She said from Wuhan, China… Wow , I don't like things made in china.
Just went to post office and get this caresole. My goodness it's not good. I ordered Medium they send me XL. The strap doesn't stick.How can you use that?

Complete waste of money. Take the money and buy yourself a nice lunch instead, you'll be more satisfied:)

I ordered this sleeve 25 days ago and it finally showed up yesterday. Following the tracking, it shipped from Wuhan, China. It came in the mail in a small plastic envelope. I paid over $10 for shipping.
It is definitely not a miracle cure for knee pain. I exercised with it, and I felt it didn't help at all. I wore it to see if it would help daily activity. My knee started hurting very differently than my normal pain. I worried about circulation and removed it and the pain went away. I will go back to my bulky Ace brace, at least it helps a little.

Received two knee sleeves late Friday. While their ad says fits most, they are way too tight. Also the sleeves are very thin and cheaply made. The Velcro fasteners are glued to the fabric and the glue didn鈥檛 hold from the first try.
Their customer service is non existent. They claim a 24/7 e mail response. However no response to my email in 2 plus days.
Their phone line says please hold and then rings for over 2 minutes and then cuts you off. What a sham!
One more reason to never buy anything through a Facebook ad.

I believing the hype re knee sleeves/braces purchased 2 braces. I had both on for 1 night only to wake up with no feeling in feet and my feet were turning black. A trip to doctor confirmed had I left them on much longer I could have lost both feet due to circulation being cut off. Of no use trying to contact Caresole as my email went unanswered.
My advice would be to steer well clear of this Company.

If only I had found Trustpilot before i placed my order. Ordered Oct 19, 2020 received a confirmation email and another email that my order was processed and ready for pickup from my carrier?. Sent email Nov. 2 2020 cancelling my order. No Response! Sent email to cancel Nov 3 No response. Called CS Nov 5 no response. Disputed charge on my CC Nov. 05 Trustpilot is now bookmarked to check any other online purchases. Truly a phoney Co.

I ordered the plantar fasciitis wrap. Was extremely disappointed. The product is made of the cheapest, flimsiest material possible, Very poorly stitched, doesn't fit well or stay in place. Absolute garbage! Spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered knee brace 27 days ago. Confirmation email said expect a week delivery due to covid. After 10 days I tried to call customer service which just rang and rang. Finally sent an email to was responded with email stating package was in transit with a tracking number. Amazingly, according to tracking number it is ambling its way slowly around the country. Post office just confirmed they have never even received the package and now Caresole is radio silent. Scammers

Horrible, the product never arrived. I called. The person on the phone "just give me a minute to check that out." He never came back. My money is gone. Never ever order anything with this dishonest "company". Check out the reviews first. People are only after your money. To bad that we have so many thieves who have no scruples, shame on you!!!

they are crooks sent knee support things that dont fit now they wont answer your calls keep giving me the run around needed to send back have tried and tried they wont answer so dont anyone else order from them its a scam and i cant even get my money back and they were $39.95

I have tried many knee braces and sleeves over the past 30 years. This is the only one that ever actually worked. Now maybe it's just because of the type of problem I have and the type of sleeve this is, but it's been miraculous. I have knee pain for over a week, put this sleeve on for an hour or 2 and it's gone. I'm not sure how that can get any better.

My friend recommended their knee sleeves after reading their wildly enthusiastic reviews. Well, I received them and they were pathetic. Same diameter at top above knee and below knee. Any knee sleeve should be tapered, larger above knee and narrower below the knee. I tried to call the customer service number and no answer after about 3 attempts during regular hours. Tried email to get a return label, but no response even after 3 emails. After their sending me all their propaganda on marketing their products, all they want is to get your order and money…hit and run.

Very dissatisfied. One size does NOT fit all. I asked if I could return the product for a refund; they offered me 10% back. Said this would save me time and expense of paying postage to return and the inconvenience of going to the post office. How terribly considerate of them. So, no refund and a brace that does not fit.

I was skeptical buying after reading some reviews, but continued to go through and try Caresole鈥檚 insoles and Knee sleeve. I鈥檓 surprised at how much support the knee sleeve gives me! The compression of the knee sleeve is comfortable while walking my grandkids arounds. I had a knee replacement a year ago and showed my doctor the sleeve and he approved that it would help my recovery, and get me back to feeling 100%. I rarely write reviews, but I only had positive experiences with Caresole, and they鈥檙e customer service answered me quickly. I also wear there insoles everyday! Amazing products.

Knee sleeves and soles came without an address or instructions. I cant use the soles and the sleeves dont help at all.

I ordered two insoles on the 16th of June, and have received nothing by the 28th of July. Tried to contact them, but the site you are supposed to contact, does not exist. It is obviously a Scam, do not buy from these people.
