Returned my rental car 25 days early,and now still waiting to received the refunded 25 days. "Jessie " from CR8 reached out to me however when I attempted to reply the 404 Error appeared. " Jessie "if you are monitoring this link I ask that you contact my via Trustpilot so we can hopefully clear up this matter.

I had earlier placed a negative review regarding CarRental8 which I wish to retract. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the prepaid voucher on a car rental. I thought I did not receive it when, in fact, I did. I just did not recognize it as a prepaid voucher, which was a mistake on my part. I must commend the company which immediately contacted me to clear up the misunderstanding. I am now rating the company with 5 Stars. The website was very easy to place the car rental and the booking was processed immediately. The price could not be beat! And the customer service follow-up was outstanding. Paul Neuhauser
