Kate also made contact with me regarding the course, just as i was ready to book on I read these reviews so did some further investigation. The course is initially advertised as a job role on Indeed, Totaljobs as an entry level (No Experience!) position, which if you think about it imagine a company taking a whole team of "graphic designers"with no experience it would be like hiring a load of toddlers to come and bring your business money. There is no mention of modules covered, course outlines or outcomes. Kate messaged me through SMS which unless you know an employer very well, legit courses and job employers will email you with clear and precise modes of contact.

CareerKey claim to 'credit' your money back if you don't find work within a certain period, this is not the same as saying they will REFUND your money back, credit takes many forms.

Kate I believe works from a company called Graham Reed (Global Talent Acquisition Solutions), a company not secured by google. Their page claims work with Coca Cola, Vodafone and other reputable, trustworthy brands yet you cannot trace these works through a portfolio or gallery to demonstrate any sort of legitimacy.

Kate then recommends CareerKey also not a non- secure company, investigate yourself and call the contact number on their contact page where you will not get through to anyone, so when they steal your money there no trace to get back to, or raise any grievance.

My suggestion is to go to an accredited university or college for short courses to build your portfolio for learnt and certified skills then you can be certain you get what you've paid for, scams are not funny and due to being scammed before by other catfish companies i suggest you do your research and be vigilant online, anyone can set up a website these days in a matter of minutes, you can not be certain who is on the other side. Find tangible real life experience with a location you can go to for reassurance.

Only giving one star as no option for zero. Do not touch these people. I enrolled in an Adobe course but wasn't told that I would also have to buy an Adobe program on top of the course content (their website said that the course had all I needed). This doubled the total cost. I asked for my money back which was agreed but I have never seen the money. I have constantly been trying to get in touch – my contact Kate has started ignoring my messages and the Head Office phone number is never manned and no-one responds to any messages left. I have left countless messages. Their answering machine doesn't even sound like it's recording and certainly it cuts out before you can even say your contact number let alone leave any details. My bank are now on the case and if necessary it will go to Trading Standards.
Avoid at all costs, total con.
