Don't trust them.The owner of careerflix called me for jobmatchnow.This is the most unprofessional company.They took 6,000/- from me for SMS sending process but gave telecalling..and said you will get your pending money in the first salary.They don't know how to talk. A lady calls herself HR Manager(Anisha),she doesn't know how to talk to the candidates.very rude! 1st i paid 3800 for telecalling and then i asked Anisha about SMS sending.she told your training is not yet started so you can pay for SMS sending and start.so i paid 2200 and it was total 6000. after she didnt reply.she was online but didnt bother to reply.so i gave a review saying what happened with me.then suddenly she called 2nd day and told if i dont delete the review then they wont give me training.so i deleted the review and then they were like we wont give you SMS training.They knew i am from defence,we get postings far from city.but forcefully asked me to do telecalling orelse leave.so i had no other option than taking telecalling.They talk like they are doing some favour for people.and then for telecalling they give such job where I did calling for 110 calls in 2 n half hours but I was told I am going very slow. I started having headache because of continuous calling as i am a migraine patient,that's why I had chosen SMS sending.but they don't listen to us.i asked about my pending so they are like do whatever you want to do we wont return the money. JUST DONT PAY AND JOIN THIS COMPANY.THEY ARE FRAUD!!!! I LOST MY 6K. AND NOW I HAVE TO FEEL LIKE I DID THE CHARITY FOR THE BEGGARS.

If you need a job to earn money coz you don't have any, then would you pay money to get a job? I opened their job details and found that they want money to train you and then you would get a job. Ridiculous.
