There are too many notices/information boxes that require clicking a button to remove the notice. There is one after logging on, one that says messages were deleted, etc.

Would have given it a 5 star but proof reading the material is a little weak in some lessons.

very frustrating – constantly pausing, when returns to session you need to find your place of learning…takes forever to get through session…waiting for customer support to write me back &/or call me.

I used medic ce in the past and I found their courses excellent for me in that I like to move at my own pace and also be able to reread sections at will I do not like the new format. I also found that in one instance I wanted to refer back to the graph during the narrative, moving back either locked course or made me repeat entire screens. I could not recommend to a friend or colleague because I feel that the new formatting is increasing the time required to complete my renewal and my friends and colleagues are very busy. My questions were responded to in a timely manner even on the weekend by a patient and very knowledgeable customer support manager.

Glad that there is a wide array of topics and different types of augmented knowledge from videos to reading.

Great place for CE. I also love that many of them have audio readings of the information.

one stop shop for EMS/FIRE CE

A great way to be able to get my CPE hours for my EMR license.

We've (Woodward Fire Department) used this site, before CareerCert took it over, for the last three years. It has been a live saver for us out in rural Oklahoma that struggle to find the NREMT mandatory classes and the time to get all our staff in them. CareerCert is a great option for those who need to renew medical licensing of all levels and to meet the needs of all individuals varying schedules.

They were great and way more convenient than finding a physical class to take

In the past I have been very happy with the service. Recently I have added members of my EMS service to start taking training courses. The new members have been unable to access the website to take courses. I have called as well as email CareerCert regarding this approximately two months ago and still have not spoken to anyone regarding the issue. I have received an email but the email does not speak on the issues that I have been having. The phone call was received quickly, however they were unable to remedy the issue over the phone. They sent an email to another person with CareerCert who sent an email a few days later, but again still not remedied.

Good could be a little more technical. Sometimes change it up a lot of the classes I have had almost exactly before. Tends to be reviews rather than new knowledge. More on biads not just intubation. Take a look at our Maine protocols they are online. Search current Maine EMS protocols. they are online at our state EMS site.

I like the content, It is a little repetitive quoting all of the ifsta codes and NFPA numbers.

Information is presented well, and I always learn something new whenever I participated in a course.

At times there have been grammatical errors (punctuation, etc.) within the tests. It is painful to see errors on a site devoted to higher learning.

Truly enjoy using CareerCert!! The instructor staff has been awesome!! And the topics to choose from are very well put together!!

overall information is of good quality, however a number of typos in the exam portion which affects the correct answers
