since january 2021 service has collapsed…4 times now drivers turn up wanting money for petrol.

At this rate of decline Careem will go tits up by March 2021

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Once they have your money whatever misunderstanding occurs or mistake you make they will tell you to F*******
I would never recommend this service to anyone. There is many more more reliable companies like Deliveroo or talabat who does a much better job.

Careem is one of the worst cab service provider, as per my experience. Most of the drivers doesn鈥檛 know how to navigate through maps, it鈥檚 a struggle guiding them to stick to the route. They just chose their own route and it鈥檚 reflect in your bill as excessive charges.

I have been using Careem for quite some time now and lately their services have gone below zero. They just eat your money by charging you more for what? It鈥檚 been 3-4 days that I have been chasing them for my refund, they charged me excessively for my usual ride and blaming me for not chosing the drop location. It鈥檚 evident on their app that I did chose my drop location but they just chose to ignore the fact. They won鈥檛 pay any attention to your concerns.

It鈥檚 been an horrible experience with Careem so far. Never gonna use Careem ever again for my daily rides, my money is stuck in their wallet so it鈥檚 all good to recharge my phone or order the ultra costly food until I empty my wallet, they won鈥檛 refund it to your bank account either, seriously what a shame? Not sure, how can they refuse to send your money back to your account.

Been 2 months waiting for my refund,cause of their mistake there鈥檚 was no rider then automatically they cancel my order,every time they made an excuses I called many time sent email but no one help such a disappointing services
Then yesterday I order taxi then the driver missed the location I was calling him then finally taxi come I thought that鈥檚 Careem then after that the driver called me back I鈥檓 here I said I鈥檓 sorry I got confused taxi stopped to me though that鈥檚 u and that was Careem as well He asked me to cancel the order at same time I cancelled the order
Then today I opened the app I found they refunded me yesterday and they made deductions for the taxi yesterday and was even extra then my ride I was surprised 馃檮and shocked 馃槼 I paid twice…that鈥檚 mean they just do everything in purpose specially for the refund to make you fead up to not ask for the refund be careful never ever pay Careem in advance and avoid to use it even ….there are so many app right now with amazing customer care and services

I order from Careem alot. I recently updated my account with phone and card info. I made an order and upon delivery, he requested payment. I contacted the support who said they鈥檝e had issues with card payments today and that I would have to pay in cash, the cash I said I didn鈥檛 have. Careem needs to step up their level of operation and present better solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention. They should鈥檝e been able to take a payment over the phone.

They charge more than other app to what i have seen, that one thing. second, the app is bad to read i dont even know here to look for my rides, but thats no major. the thing is that in my area is only careem available so i hv no option. i ordered the car with 45 mins ahead n it has been two hours since im waiting. i am very sick, need to go to the hospital a doctor i waiting for me n befre i reach there, he will finish his shift. if i called careem for anything life serious, i will die before any car comes, literally. so if i cant use it from my area once in a while n eed to go to hospital, then why would i need this app? deleting n im done with them, they dont probably care anyway but such a behavior will be fatal for the company future overall.

Awful service, application not up to date. Train your drivers, pay them more too and do your job!

Careem is literally the WORST TAXI APP EXISTENT!!! We book a ride and call the taxi guy Mr Anjum Ali and he doesn't pick up, 10 CALLS later he still does not pick the call and we are confused cause we can't see him and he won't pick, neither won't he cancel the ride so that we can order a another one. 30+ minutes later he still doesn't pick and won't cancel the ride as we realize he wants us to cancel the ride so that we get charged for the ride. I call RTA to complain and the driver LIES to them that the ride was cancelled yet it was still a visible booking on the phone! we booked at 1:48am he cancelled at 2:20am. We ended up getting charged 15 dhs for A RIDE WE NEVER TOOK NOR DID WE CANCEL, seriously?? WHAT THE HELL?? You are a money stealing company that will lie and do anything to steal money from customers. You have done this to me too many times and this is the last straw. You have no regard for customers whatsoever and have ZERO customer service! Pathetic. Never use careem taxi app!!! I will keep posting about this until you learn how to treat customers cause this type of behaviour is unacceptable!

Careem was my go to app for food delivery until their service became awful. I stopped using them for a few months and thought would give it a go again. First time was ok even though the order took an hour to reach me. Today they took the order, connected me to the restaurant to clarify my order, confirmed the order, sent me a notification the captain is on the way and THEN called me to say the location is out of the delivery area. Careem improve your customer service. It's the worst ever. I gave you a second chance I won't be giving you a third. If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that.

BADDDDDDDDD EXP…… The driver cancels the ride while you're sitting in his car and when you contact cream for letting them know whatever happened and that he charged triple. Cream support service simply says YOU SHOULD FOLLOW RULES ONLY THAN WE CAN HELP YOU WE CAN NOT REFUND OR ANYTHING AS OUR SYSTEM CAN'T FIND IT THAT YOU DROVE WITH THE DRIVER…. seriously it means the driver can cancel the ride anytime he wants to and even if he steals something from you or harm you … cream people are going to say it's your fault. They will not look at their drivers but instead put all the blame on you so simply guys don't use cream it's not safe and they rip off people… every time they charge me double but this time I could not take it as anything happens to you while you are in the cream they are not responsible for anything so better stay safe and don't use cream

Always bad experiences with this company. They are a joke, if you choose by mistake a payment method for food delivery… they cannot charge you any other way! So i had my order canceled with driver at my door because I chose cash instead of card by mistake and I didn鈥檛 have cash with me. Yes I made a mistake and I would understand if other companies have no answer for that but not the company whose whole business evolves around delivery etc. Of course, taxi driver didn鈥檛 have a card reader, another plus for the 鈥渄elivery company鈥? Company is helpless in front of this minor problems, joke…Complete joke.

I've been a Careem customer more than a year already. I am a riding client almost everyday. I seldom experience problems with the captains. If ever there is, Careem Customer service responds to my complaints within 24hours and so far, they solve my complaints right away..

I'M VERY ANGRY WITH THE KFC CHICKEN THAT THEY DELIVERED! IT WAS SLIMY AND SOFT AND NOT AT ALL CRISPY. IT WASN'T EDIBLE! THE FRIES WERE STALE AND MICROWAVED. I WAS STILL HUNGRY AFTER THAT AND DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO EAT!

3rd time in last 2 weeks that half my order was missing. The worst part is that the "customer support" offers no resolution other than a 10aed credit, which makes no sense for an order that costs upwards of 50aed.

I should also mention the voucher code they sent me that doesn't work on the app and the lack of response from any email or call I make to find a solution to these issues.

It's crazy to see how far an app can fall off and show no care at all for their customers and the service they provide.

A food delivery service that doesn't deliver food sounds more like an SNL skit than a legal company.
