Caredirect

Hello
I am fallen in some kind of problem becuase I did not order any product from Caredirect.se and then suddenly i got an SMS saying thanks for ordering. I immediately replied to it saying i do not want it.
Still I get a direct Payment reminder ( not even received invoice ) asking me to pay. Then i talked with Customer care who says he has cancelled the invoice but now i have got the inkassokrav. I have wriiten so many emails to caredirect.se and they have not replied to any email . I also sent a letter through postnord but still no reply.
I am totally clueless on how to handle this situation.
I think i should go to Konsumentverket as i dont see any other option

Hello,

I want to claim a fraud, hence the immediate cancellation of all my data In your system.

Sometime ago I received a phone call saying that I had WON a prize and would receive a test of products at home.

I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT I WILL NEVER PAY ONE SINGLE CENT, that I was not interested.

They insisted on sending the TEST product at NO COST under NO CONCEPT.

However, I received the products together with AN INVOICE!!!

Today I received a reminder for PAYMENT!!!

And I have also received a package again. Unfortunately I did not know who the sender was when I received the postnord advice, and I made the mistake of picking it up. When I saw that it was from caredirect I told the shop that I didn鈥檛 accept it but they said they couldn鈥檛 do anything because they had scanned the barcode and I had officially received it and it was my responsibility.

THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!
