It was an extremely stressful 24 hours for me, and the loss of my phone was going to be the straw that broke the camel's back…but these fellas saved my bacon. I had another good experience with them (which I didn't review) in summer 2019, and so I will definitely stick with them from now on.

Honestly, you don't even deserve to be called a service shop.
If i had an option to set in 0 stars i would have.
In April i sent my mobile for a repair of a broken screen-standard fix, after 18 days i get it back with a message it is fixed and it passed all tests. But the screen was not fixed .. camera not working and the flash is not working also… that was the first time. Again i sent the phone back to repair and a long prosses started again from may all the way till 4th of June. i got a message again that my mobile is fixed and i should pick it up… or was it ?
So i pick up my device , seems ok .. but one question .. how the hell do you send it back WITHOUT THE SIMCARD-TRAY ?? i mean what kind of amateurs do you have working for you?you cant set all the parts back again where you took them out…W T F.
The telia shoop personnel stood there shocked! He did not know what to say other than he is sorry to have you as a service provider.
Man !!I have seen street stands fix mobile phones better and more efficient than you are trying to be.
And whats more arrogant ,when telia shop calls you you do not answer directly and after 2 days i get a message that the workshop will send a new sim-tray. So because of your poor/worst service i was without a device for 2 months!!

So far, a pretty horrible experience which sadly, reflect on Huawei very badly. My phone, has been gone for 2 weeks, it started with repairs but they changed the first cost to a cost which would cost MORE than a new phone…Same model. Now, they have replied, but there are no excuses, to Telia or This company-You have to get better and really, take this to heart. Customer service is always CRUCIAL for your business, especially in these times. You have failed now, I hope you work your way back. Or you will get no more customers. Sorry, not sorry. BEcause this is very important feedback. And Why Telia SWE would EVER send phones to Denmark-is beyond me. When they have authorized shops in the capitol. Strange. Says a lot about Telia. too. You are not alone in the madness.

The reply below is complete garbage. I watched them unbox the original apple screen. Go to youtube and see all the times that Apply refuses to repair under warranty when a simple fix is all that is needed. Simply incompetent.
