This is horrible online store I have ever seen. I paid 11,000 INR and cancelled my Item on same day I ordered and never got my money back. They are cheat people and no customer service. They never reply to emails and just automatic generated emails you get. this is one fraud site which should be black listed so that customers are not cheated and lose their hard earned money.

I order two Avenue sunscreen one month ago. I still not receive it. I sent email to ask order status five days ago. No response at all. What the hell of this company.

Do not order from this company if you live in the US and want to receive your order in a timely fashion! I ordered from Care to Beauty and it took 3 months to receive my item. I emailed them and it took 2 weeks every time to get a response about where my item was. The tracking number kept saying my hair product never left Portugal for 2 months! Something is really wrong here, either it's a scam or it's terrible customer service.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered two sunscreens in May and I still haven鈥檛 received them.

This is a scam. Care to Beauty replaced Neo Strata with some noxious and it has the safety cap removed which is always present on Neo Strata bottles. The contents had spilled inside the inside box and what remains smells like nail polish remover.

This company is horrible. They keep blaming the current situation. They do give you a tracking number, all of a sudden it disappears and stops at Lisbon. Do NOT buy from them! When they answer, they repeat the same emails over and over again and no refund is given which is unfair. Have been waiting for my items far too long. Do not trust this company.
