These people think their own customers should happily expect a 15 to 30 minute wait time to talk to a customer service representative and report a fraudulent charge, including when Cardmember Services is the source of the fraudulent charge.

That last statement is correct, when I called them to report a fraudulent charge, they corrected it and added their own fraudulent charge for a service I did not request or approve, forcing me to call them yet again and be kept waiting to report their own dishonest charge.

These people work for the banks and they do no care anything about the people who's charge accounts they administer
