Seller BluePhoenix8 refuses refund and blames me (the buyer) for it being lost. That was funny.
CardMarket agreed to a "goodwill" refund after first making it difficult, implying that the number of lost shipments is "over 10%".
Even if that were the case, I fail to see how that's my fault as a buyer. For the record I always confirm shipments, I have 63 arrived shipments that I confirmed, I am careful to always confirm them the day when I get them. Normally I'd give 5 starts, but this kinda worries me about future purchases, I think I won't buy again on this site.

Had a lost shipment as a seller and the shipping company refused to help. Showed mcm the conversation between me and the shipment company and then mcm offered me a goodwill refund.

I had a lot of problems with the shipping, which resulted in the package being lost.. The buyer didn't help much and didn't communicate properly, but the support from cardmarket pulled through and made sure nothing went uncleared. I am sad that the package never got delivered properly and hope that covid-19 knocks it off. I am sick and tired of it being in the way of our everyday-life..

Once upon a time they froze my account for 3 months because of a situation that i explained to them like 10 times and they didn't believe me. Apart from that the support team always responds late and the answer that it gives you is never useful

Impossible as it may seem the post service 鈥渓ost鈥?and insured shipment. It took a while about 2 month which it is totally understandable giving the situation but cardmarket refunded in full for my lost order. I use cardmarket a lot and I am alway happy with it. A big thank you also to the support team for their great work!
