We absolutely love the creative selection of items available with Cardly and the level of customer care is incredible. Being able to rely on a company to actually do what they promise is refreshing. Greeting cards have been a part of our family outreach for generations. It's great to know that tradition can continue with professional assistance from Cardly. It's more affordable than a personal assistant and there is no longer an excuse to not send cards to people you're fond of these days. Two thumbs up for Cardly. We enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

I had placed an order for a card a month back and realized that I have mistyped the delivery address. But the cardly team was very quick with the customer support responds and they were also kind enough to reprint the card and send it to the correct address with free of cost. Very impressed with their customer service and their quick responses about any queries we had.

I made a recent enquiry to the service and process of how it all works, one of the staff members was very helpful and prompt in responding to my enquiry, I went on ahead and made my purchase yesterday, amazing service, professional, creative and fun! Will definitely be back for more.

Excellent service, there is a wide range of cards, ranging from beautiful sentimental ones to funny ones, at affordable prices too. The customer service is very good, they are very quick to answer customer queries and very helpful.

Fantastic product and exceptional customer service… Beautiful cards supplied and posted to the other side of the world faster and cheaper than I can post locally and all done without leaving home… And the added bonus of supporting local artists. Cardly has been great to send physical cards to people while i was in covid isolation, and also a quick and easy way to make a custom card and get it posted to myself (to personally give to someone) in a couple of days. The first time i used them i had a technical issue, but the person on the support chat was super helpful, and arranged to get my card processed next day even though by the time we'd fixed the problem it was past the cut off time.

Such a great way to celebrate special occasions, especially while in isolation and away from loved ones. Easy to use, reliable and with so many beautiful designs to choose from. The handwriting in the card looks so real that I had my friends fooled.

If you like writing letters, I would highly recommend Cardly. They have a great collection of designs by amazing artists. This site allows you to personalise your card for your loved one using different fonts with the ability to adjust how 鈥渘eat鈥?your handwriting is. Ever since I found Cardly, I haven鈥檛 stopped using it!

I love this service & it is really reasonably priced. Such a great way to send some joy to someone without any contact/post office/etc. My cards were sent several days after the date advertised on the website, but other than this I would use the service again.

Can鈥檛 give 5 stars as there was a problem with delivery but I understood due to circumstances and the postage being beyond their control. Quick to respond to the issue and issue a replacement and a refund. Very happy with the finished product though and the options that you have to customise your card. Would like to have some more options for occasions such as housewarming etc

We really love this website. We live out of the country and this is a great service to help us continue sending love to all our friends and relatives. The quality of the cards are very good! We wish we could do more with the inside of the card (multi colors, multi fonts, etc.). However the choices are growing over time. The cards always reach their destination on time and create a lot of joy!

(Through no fault of Cardly) – the priority paid cost has gone up 7 fold…as soon as Aus Post restore a priority system – I would strongly recommend Cardly does also – as standard post is too slow for most people and $6.95 is too expensive as the "extra". Also need a faster international post than 7-10 days for NZ!! I can get mail there in 3 just in normal post…

Quick turn around and very helpful customer service

I love this site. I had arranged some cards in advance and then one of the recipients changed address right before their birthday. I contacted the helpline and had a response almost immediately and the change of address was all sorted out for me. So efficient and really helpful.
