I consider this as a scam, because I purchased bitcoin on their website and I paid them they refuse to give me my bitcoin I contacted support they said my money has been refunded I should call my bank of which I called my bank and my bank told me that the money has not been refunded, rather they came and collected the money, don't use this site guy's, it's a SCAM!

Hiding fees all over the process, money in, BTC out, you end up with almost no BTC + a terrible rate. The credit card buy is taking longer than any bank transfer. The staff is pretentious and nasty. My worst experience buying bitcoins

Signed up and went through verification including sending my ID, utility bill and even a selfie of me holding my ID. Then I deposited money via SEPA and received an email that I should make a skype call with them, I rejected because I won't ever install skype on any of my devices and asked to refund my money. They confirmed and sent me my money back -50,25鈧? They wasted my time and stole 50鈧? Very bad experience!

Good intentions and support, but platform and card ordering process is not user friendly. Many basic features lacking. They need to do a lot of development in their systems. Would wait with ordering a card until they have sorted out their back end problems.
