Shockingly poor service. I have spent nearly 2 hours on calls this week with CCL simply trying to arrange a replacement vehicle. Broken promises have resulted in 1 full day lost at work this week. It's now 4.50pm on a Friday and I'm still waiting for a vehicle which was meant to be delivered at 4pm! By far one of the worst experiences I have had in dealing with a UK company.
