Don't use. Had a car. It broke down within 3 months. Warranty had run out. They said all I could do was exchange it. I changed it as I needed a car. They didn't settle the original car finance so ended up paying for 2 cars. Absolute disgrace. Stay away. Absolute con. No consideration for customers at all.

I brought a Nissan Juke from here around 2 weeks ago. The sales guy was very nice he price matched the Juke with another Nissan Juke online which was a diffrent colour which I didnt think they would do so that knocked around 拢200 off my new car. The gave me a fairish price for my old car altho I found they was harsh because my car had a few dents which had been caused by people opening the doors on it they claim the price had been knocked down for that although we did manage to get the sales guy to give us an extra 拢100 for my car after some persuading. The only think that I didnt like was that when I picked the Juke up it hadnt been valeted I did mention this to the sales guy who said he would pass it on to management it was dirty its not very good considering how much you pay for the car and i brought mine free from finance. Another point is that the Juke had damage to the alloys and damage to the wing mirror which in my oppionion should have been fixed but we was told because it was minor it wasnt in their intrestes to fix them also because of the age its a 14 plate and wear and tear my car was a 12 and I got less because apparently they needed to fix the minor dents and alloy damage but would they as they didnt fix the minor damage to the Juke. I got alot more from these people than I thought I would I also found I got a much better deal going with my dad a male rarther than when I a female went alone a few weeks prior and spoke to somebody myself. It was only because of my dads pushing I got a little extra for my car. I would go again and buy but with my dad. If your a women I would take a guy with you and prefrably somebody who knows about cars.

Carcraft have always been rude, all they want is there commission, I found all the staff rude so in my eyes they got there comeuppance what a rubbish company, they are all liars

Started off with fantastic service, really warm friendly staff with a can do attitude.
The car I wanted was in another showroom 2 and a half hours away but the sales rep said its my day off tomorrow so I'll go pick it up for you.
I came to collect the car the next day to be told there was some damage and the car wasn't ready.
It looked as though the drivers side of the car had been sprayed with sparks from an angle grinder or similar sort of thing, covering the side windows is metal that had embedded into the glass and the front wing had a minor dink.
The sales rep called the GM over who agreed that they would book the car in ASAP for the bodywork guy to fix the dink and that they would send me a check for 拢150 to cover the cost of the repairs to the glass, I was very happy and went off to do the paperwork.
On the drive home I noticed that the windscreen had a chip in the centre and that when someone sat in the passenger seat a big sign came up on the dash warning that they didn't have a seat belt on and that the airbag wasn't armed.
Car craft ordered the new occupancy sensor and fixed the chip in the windscreen.
I wasnt to impressed with the repair as you can still see the chip as clear as day.
The person I spoke to told me that if I claim on my insurance that car craft would pay the excess.
I said no chance I'm not happy with that and booked it back in with the service department.
The service department said that as the chip had been sealed it was safe and above mot standard and that they would not replace the glass.
So now I have 拢12500 of finance for a car that has almost 拢1800 worth of damaged glass. I did receive a check for 拢150 though ….. Happy days !!!!
Also I bought the car 3 weeks ago and still no sign of the 拢100 holding deposit.
I have been assured twice that it has been processed and that sometimes it takes a little longer because it gets bounced around a number of different departments.
Just don't hold your breath for it back.
All in all I was initially very very happy with car craft.
I'm kicking myself now though for (A) beleiving the Manager that 拢150 would cover the cost of replacing the driver side front and rear side windows and (B) beleiving that the car was subject to a 120 point AA approved inspection and not going over the car with a fine tooth come before signing the finance.
Because I sure as hell wouldn't have bought it knowing about the true cost of the damaged glass.
My own fault for being so gullible and not making a fuss.
Car craft would have gotten a 10 out of 10 had it not been for the fact I got tucked up with the glass, Shame really.

I was recommended to get my new car in Carcraft by my friends and family an im happy they told me about this place. I've never taken out a car on finance before nor even taken out any loan do I was a bit unsure as to how my credit was, but the gentlemen who was helping me find my new car reassured me that I will fine an il be able to get a new car that same day. I ended up coming out the showroom with a nice VW polo at a very good price, they taxed an insured my car an I got a 1year free service an breakdown cover.

I was very happy I would definitely go back there again for another car, everything was quick but thorough an there was a wide selection of cars to choose from.

Freedom of choice. Friendly approachable staff, but far too many steps involved to complete purchase or finance. You never know who's in charge or who you're dealing with…."Hi I'm Pete I'm the sales manager" "Hi I'm also called Pete, I'm the finance manager's manager, I'm also the deputy sales manager underneath Pete 1, you'll be dealing with Anna today"

Excellent service without any sales pressure. Initial contact was made by a sales person as I walked in, once informed that I was just browsing, I was left alone to wander around. When I needed some questions answering they were answered honestly and quickly. I would shop there again without any hesitation, and so far I have no problems with the car I bought.

Having an IVA they helped me go through the process . 5 weeks later car sorted . Matt were brilliant . My only down side were they told me payments be lower but ended up 12 pounds a month over . Other than that I am very pleased

Carcraft absolutely ruined my life. At 19 I was browsing the Internet for a car and showed interest in a polo (not from a carcraft website) anyway a dealer from the leeds branch contacted me and asked if I'd be interested. He came and picked me up from my own home and drove me to the branch where I was swamped with paperwork and agreed to buy the car. The extended guarantee wasn't explained clearly to me, I signed the paper work but on the sheet I have it was explained as a TLC which is included in the price. It was only when I got home I realised I had actually been sold an extended guarantee of 拢1,795.00 that was additional. I was paying two separate rates of interest. They must of had a right laugh when I left the store. I contacted the man who had come to pick me up and said that I wanted to cancel the extended guarantee. He said that I needed to put it in a letter as a cancellation needed to be in writing. I did this and he said the man who drove me home would come and pick it up as I couldn't yet drive (a different dealer drove me home in the car I'd purchased). I was working the next day and my brother told me he'd handed the letter to the man that had come for it. I awaited a response from carcraft and tried numerous times to contact the man who had come to pick me up but he never answered. Eventually upon contacting the store I was met with the response that my cancellation period was over. I have written to carcraft about this before and have recieved the response that there is nothing they can do as I signed the paperwork. But let's just ignore the fact that I tried to cancel. If I could remember the name of the dealer that came to pick me up I would have confronted him. I was made a fool of at a young age and since then have been paying back two separate agreements because with this guarantee I couldn't receive the full credit from one finance provider. Nice one carcrafit. Great customer service thanks for nothing.

Super welcome at my first experience with car craft. Andrew show us a wide range of cars,with great passion , within an hour we were sold !

Sorting the finance was a big headach! And the paperwork side also was a big problem !

Was 10/10 for sales side , 1/10 for the finance and paperwork side
Will be back on Sunday to see Andrew for a car for my mother in law , let's hope she does not need finance !!!!

Stay in Carcraft was a very smart choice. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere straight from the entrance to the store. Staff step by step introduced me to the whole process of buying a car and help in choosing the car in relation to my needs and budget. When I had any questions or concerns, everything was explained to me almost immediately and very professionally and reliably. Do not expecteded that buying a car can be carried out in such a friendly atmosphere. Go ahead, I can confirm that I do not regret that I decided to buy a car just in Carcraft.
