Sent me the wrong item not only once but twice. My dash cover was supposed to have a cutout for the light sensor in my 2016 RAM 1500. First delivery did not have it. They told me to cut it out myself. I told them I ordered it with a cutout and want it cut by the factory. 3 weeks later I received a warranty replacement dash cover. Still no cutout. Again, they tell me to poke a hole in it with any sharp object. At least I got 2 covers for the price of one, although neither are the correct ones.

The material was stated as be 100% scuba diving neoprene.the outside cloth was thin, looked like it would tear easy and wear out quickly. Where it was sewn, one could see the cheap foam sticking out. MOST definitely NOT dense neoprene. I returned it. if it cost $25.00 i would keep it BUT at $250.00 , YIKES!!!!!! Extremely disappointed. I sure hope I get my refund

I was excited to get my new truck cover, and had read the reviews, they sounded great. Unfortunately my experience was not quite the same. Not only did I receive the wrong cover, I had to prove it to them with pictures and multiple emails and phone calls. Horrible customer service and now I am being told they don't have one for my model truck.
So I ask, why did you take my money. Now I have to pack it all back up, and don't get it dirty !!!!
In my opinion, worst company ever, and its best to not even get involved with them !!!

After a little digging carCover USA is doing a little thing called, deceptive trade practice, and it's against the law. They sold me a car cover with full knowledge that it wouldn't fit my truck, furthermore they are going to charge a re-stalking fee. Now have to get my bank involved to get a full reimbursement.
If you want a real top notch car cover contact California car cover, takes five weeks, but it's made to fit the automobile you have.

This is the third set of neo-supreme seat covers I've put in a vehicle, as always, they fit perfectly, are easy to install and most importantly, they last. They take the abuse and keep looking good to boot. Highly recommend.

Purchased a car cover that did not fit. Had to pay return shipping and was not refunded my money for almost a month. Told I wouldn't be charged a restock fee, but was charged 20%. Received snippy email responses and excuses. Will not order from them again. Do not recommend unless you are 100% certain what you are buying will work for you.

I bought Neosupreme seat covers from this place and my passages side the seam ripped apart and I have sent 2 emails and never responded back to either of them, I guess once they get your money they don't care any more

Satisfied with the overall look and style of the seat covers. Upon close inspection after installing the covers I noticed several loose lines of stitching, I hope this doesn't result in seams coming apart in the future? My order consisted of two front seat covers with a button on the headrest of the passenger seat. I'm very dissatisfied with the cut made for the button hole on the passenger side seat cover as it appears to have been cut out without regard to actual size and position of OEM button location. Had I known this ahead of time I would have elected to not have the passenger side headrest button hole cut out at all. This product could have easily been rated as 5 stars if attention to detail regarding OEM positions, size for lumbar support and headrest button as well as stitching quality had been observed. Quality control is needed to insure final product is as advertised.

I ordered a LeBra nose bra for my 2017 Altima and it fits perfectly and looks AWESOME!! Carcover USA also processed my order and shipped me the correct thing very fast. I will use them again in the near future.

Purchased camouflage neoprene set cover from carcoverusa. When the material failed, within the warranty period, the company tried to replace the expensive seat covers with material of less quality because they lost the license to sell the originally purchased material. When I refused to accept an inferior product in replacement they offered to send me a neoprene seat cover for the damaged seat in a completely different color for just the one seat. When I refused that and asked for a complete refund they refused to deal with with me at all. Now I'm out $600 and have to order seat covers from another company…Thanks carcoverusa

OK, I bought a dash mat for my 02 Ram pickup from CarCover USA. My truck has dark gray interior. So I ordered a "charcoal" colored dashmat, over a black one, because I thought the contrast might be too stark. Anyway, they sent me a light gray cover with dark gray edge basting. The light gray color dash mat reflects light onto the windshield which is distracting, the light gray color looks really boring, and the dark gray edging looks especially stupid. So I complained that they sent me the wrong color, including pictures, and they are completely gaslighting me. They say that I have the charcoal color mat, even though it doesn't come close to matching their color samples on the online ordering page. They offer about 10 different colors including gray, charcoal, and black. So what say you, is this cover charcoal, or light gray? They will accept a return, but I have to pay for return shipping, and they will subtract a restocking fee from my payment. Total Scam.

Returned item, never received a refund. I filed a charge back, and I received a "threatening email" saying they will send me to collections if I didnt pay them the full amount. Company is a joke, I will never give them a dime again.

I am very pleased with this company and their product. I ordered a dashboard cover for my 2013 Toyota Highlander and it was custom made to fit. Original delivery date was supposed to be about 3-4 weeks from order date, but I received it in a little over 2 weeks. It fits perfectly, looks great and adds a bit of zip to the interior. Great service and lots of options. I got the one that covers the speakers to keep the hot sun off, and there is no dampening of sound – it is just as if there is no cover on it. I highly recommend. I purchased a 14" kayak cover for my Carolina Perception 13.5 which is approximately 13" long. When disputing the actual size that was sold to me, the sales person assured me that the size I purchased "EGA-C2" as stated on the tag was in fact 14" long and I needed to buy a bigger one. The sales person refunded me the money for the kayak but did not provide a shipping label to exchange said size so I had to pay over $30 for the shipping. Not really sure why I would need to pay shipping to return something that was not right.

After i purchased a hood bra cover from Car Cover USA, they shipped me a scrap junk material which they altered/soy it together in the name of LeBra manufacture part for lower price. The cover was too big/loose and did not fit properly, so i returned it. They did charged me shipping (ran tip) and wanna charge me 20% restocking fee. After i told them that i will dispute my charges, they start threatening me with reporting to credit bureau and collection…. when i said this is not LeBra item, THEY HAVE SEND ME THIS EMAIL:
