Bought a cover for our class A that didn鈥檛 fit and left the sides exposed. FYI, they are made in China covers.

Sent an email in and they agreed and 鈥淭hese are sure fit covers, not custom fit, but your cover looks exactly like a custom fit鈥?they then offered $20 for the incorrect fit. I requested an RMA and the gentleman I spoke with over talked me and was extremely rude. He came up with every excuse he could. I finally received an RMA but we have to pay for shipping. I would never use them or recommend them. We have purchased covers in the past From other suppliers with no issues.

The overall quality of the product was great. However, when it came to the warranty was given a hard time taking ownership when product wore out due to normal wear and tear before warranty up. Company made every excuse to avoid replacement. As a result found and purchased another from Walmart at a third of the price.

Wanted to return the cover the same day I got it – No one answers the phone and the online chat person won't give me a return address as its unreadable on the shipping label- the online response is to say they dont recognize the order number they gave me at the time I ordered it (and its the same order number on their shipping label) Does anyone have their address?

Junk, Sure if I can get a replacement for $30 in shipping fees but why if the product keeps failing.

Bought a 150 dollar car cover that deteriorated in less than a year and it kept my car dirtier than it did clean. There would be gray synthetic dust particles all over my car every time I would remove the cover. It started to disintegrate in less than 6 months, in good Southern California weather and not around any harsh elements. When I called to reedeem my 鈥渓ifetime warranty鈥?to receive a new one, I was charged a ridiculous $30 shipped fee. (Which is probably how they break even with the product鈥檚 cost of production). So be prepared to replace your car cover annually at basically a $30 rate. Not economical or eco friendly

Ordered a 鈥楪old鈥?level car cover for my classic 4×4 less than one year ago. I鈥檝e only removed the cover twice in 11 months to start the vehicle and it鈥檚 already tearing in several places, left rub marks in the paint at the corners of the vehicle, and has left disintegrating gray 鈥榙ust鈥?everywhere (see pics). I asked them to send a replacement and explain why a 'lifetime' warranty product would degrade so quickly. In turn they asked me for a $30 shipping fee to send a new one under warranty. And there's the explanation…the product is actually worth less than $30 and they're just reselling you the same crappy cover over and over via a the 'warranty', at no real loss to them. Stay away and buy a better product from a better company.

We have two cars at home and we use my car than my wofe's car. when we leave the car in the porch where there is a lot of duts, so we cover the car to avoid washing cover over.

Great cover that will literally withstand anything that you put in its way. It showed to be extremely resistant in the cold and salty winter of Canada. The car was covered under snow and ice with the cover on and no water went through. I used it this whole summer as well and I am very impressed. Still kept its shape and its capacities to protect the paint of my Chevy. Great & Affordable!

The fabric is thin enough while not being so heavy to move around. Perfect for a 70 years old lady like me. I use it on my Toyota Corolla, and it does the job nicely. Well done.

1 year in and had a small issue with the tightening mechanism and not only did they issue me a refund but they also sent me a brand new one. I just had to send in the old one. Very nice service, and very nice cover that is waterproof. Overall, loved my experience.

Takes about 1 minute to install. The elasticized material on the bottom makes it possible for the cover to stay firmly in place. It looks like a ceramic coating. The water just falls off. Car is dry underneath. NO signs of moisture or dust under the cover. Highly recommend to people looking for a protective cover at a low price.

Nice design that does the job just the way that it is supposed to. Breathable fabric that protects well the car. I just ordered a second one for my wife's car, since she parks outdoors. I purchased a custom fit cover for my 2008 Chevrolet corvette 2 door coupe the cover fit like a glove. they advertise that it would whist stand heavy rains which it did so i can vouch that the cover is 100% waterproof
