Upon entering any VRM into their website, they don't even perform a check to confirm it's the vehicle you want to perform a check on. Also, after I paid for the check, I was presented back with a near to blank report. what is the point of this, it didn't even show in the required field the make and model. I paid for a check with them for nothing. To top it off, one of the check fields did say zero previous keepers but when I checked on the logbook of the person I was looking to purchase the car from, it stated 5. how can you get this so wrong. please don't waste your time or energy on this company. Any data guarantee they provide is not worth the paper it's written on!
