When problems occurred soon after delivery with the car, we raised them with the sales team who have been rude, aggressive and threatening towards me and my family. I鈥檝e asked for confirmation of the parts used and where they were purchased from along with documentation of payments made by the warranty company Blackstar warranties all of which has gone unanswered. I went to view a car that was advertised on the website only to find that when i got there, that car was apparently not there at the moment but they had a identical one in the show room with battered body work. So instead of carrying on with that particular i was directed to a Ford Focus Titanium X which i test drove and decided i liked it. Myself and my dad then had to push for the barely legal tyres to be changed when the car was going for its MOT and service and also some broken trim that we was told had been broken by one of their workers. The very next day the car was back. Tyres had not been changed, and the trim that they tried to fit broke during fitting so asked me to come back again a few days later. During those few days it become apparent that the water was not feeding from the washer bottle. INSTANT MOT failure- so how did the car pass just days before?? So when i returned back they changed the 2 back tyres and reconnected the washer bottle that wasn't connected to anything on my car (some MOT that is) and again still no trim!! Again because apparently the trim for my car is glass (NO trim on the sides of cars are glass) there was a crack in that one too. I had also made them aware that i had an Engine Malfunction service now light flashing on my dashboard and my stop/start was not working… yes considering the car had just been serviced!! I was told that the incorrect battery is on the car and that is why it was not working and that is the reason for the engine Malfunction alert. I was asked to come back yet again in a weeks time…. as they had ordered me the correct battery from Ford and ANOTHER new trim. A week later i tried to contact them to arrange taking the car back in even after all the run around they had given me, only to be fobbed off and ignored. I purchased the car back in July, and its since become apparent there is so much more wrong with the car one being it is now winter and when coming to use my heating…. that does NOT work either. This garage and Sales guy has absolutely no care and will mislead and lie to customers just to get a sale. I now have the task of sorting the car out to get heating asap as myself and my child are freezing!! DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY!! They are a joke and a dodgy sales garage.
