Ordered a brand new sealed Oneplus 7T. The phone arrived without the plastic seal and it was either used or refurbished. The worst part – Inside the phone there were photos/videos/documents from previous owner!!! Please be careful when purchasing from this shop. Communication was good and got a refund. I will never buy again and I recommend you do the same.
