Terrible customer service, and brand that lacks trust and efficacy. They'll place your order on hold for days (500+ order value) and change their terms of sale after days of placing an order, ending in an order cancellation either way. They'll also make you go through a bunch of security verification checks and drag results out for days, only to cancel your order. Get to the point lol. They also requested a return on a shipment that was ONE day away from being delivered to me, and that order was voided/cancelled as well. No consideration for customers and their time and no clear direction on consumer-facing operations. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, especially for such a "forward-thinking" brand. Will not be purchasing from this brand ever again, and I recommend you don't either–save your time, money, and headspace.

We ordered 4 items and they kept rejecting our credit card. So we used a different credit card and we received the order. However suddenly they shipped one of the rejected order and charges my other credit card. This order never arrived and it has been in transit since the beginning of September. We explained the customer care via email that this is now a double order and we don鈥檛 want it. But it still shipped out, charged to our credit card and worst of the worst never arrived. Customer care never respond via phone nor via email. This is a $347 order and we want back our money ! Immediately! So if someone read this contact me. Order #1000967798

I am infuriated. I have placed two orders totaling $1200. There are just a few item from the first order that I would like to return. I鈥檓 trying to be a responsible consumer by returning them in a timely fashion but they are making it so very difficult. I have filled out the return request over a week ago. I have also emailed them on 4 separate occasion and I have called and called with no answer at all. I understand these times are trying but I know mom and pops shops that are doing better then this. For the amount of money I鈥檓 paying I鈥檓 so very disappointed. I don鈥檛 want to walk away from this company but may have to.

Carbon38 return not refunded…..
My return was mailed on 25. of August. On the next day I鈥檝e got an confirmation of returning and tracking number. Since then the return delivery date is permanently getting push back: from 9. of Sept to 16. of Sept., then to 22. of Sept, then to 24. and 25. of Sept. Today I鈥檝e got a new (and I suppose not the last ) date – 28. of Sept. I understand, that COVID-19 has impacted your business and the refund can be delayed, but what is going on looks like a farce. I see it as disrespectful for me as your customer. Why the returning service is so simple and effortless by all other brands in USA and big retailers in UK, Australia ?
I think it was my last purchase in Carbon38 and I am afraid that my next step to contact to my financial institution to start the dispute.

I placed two separate orders and then ended up doing three separate returns (forgot to mark one item for one of the orders). The returns went out on August 27 and I received email confirmation from Carbon38 that they were on the way. Only one of the three return packages has been refunded. I emailed their customer care, but have yet to hear back. After reading all the other reviews about not receiving refunds in over a month, I'm about to file a dispute with my credit card at this point.
Update – they did reach out after I posted this review and processed the refunds.

The only I even gave 1 star is so as to post this review.
I started receiving unsolicited emails from this lot, of no interest to me at all. Despite unsubscribing, they continued. I have now emailed their customer service team several times and still they continue to send there email rubbish. I have stated in writing that they do not have my permission to use any of my personal data and requested they confirm what data they hold along with confirmation that it has subsequently been deleted. No response.
My main concern however is how they came to have my details. Being very familiar with the GDPR legislation Carbon38 appear to be breaching the rules repeatedly and they don鈥檛 seem bothered. I shall be reporting the matter accordingly as there are potentially wider implications
Beware your personal data maybe misused.
Update: 4 hours later and still receiving more of their rubbish.

Carbon38 provided a return label for my return. I mailed my return on August 28th and my package has been sitting at your facility. It will be three weeks that I have been waiting for my refund. I have sent an email regarding this matter last week and have received no response. Very disappointed

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!I have been having issues with your customer service and your business. I ordered an item and after 5 minutes, I wanted to cancel. I called, emailed a lot of times, and got no response. Now that I have received the item, I wanted to request a return; however, the system has it grayed out for me. How is this possible? I feel scammed by this company. If I do not get my money back and offer to return the item to your company, I will talk to my lawyers. This is unacceptable and I feel scammed by your company. Please let me know how I can return this item and get my refund as I did not want these items!

This has to be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered a top, and the fabric content did not match the description at all. I never would have ordered the item if I had known what it was actually made of. I emailed twice to ask for them to cover the entire cost (item plus original shipping) since this was not my mistake. I never heard from them. I finally decided to just return the item, forgoing the cost of initial shipping. I submitted a return request. After 24 hours, I still haven't received the return authorization. I called their customer service phone number – no one answers! I emailed customer service to ask for the return authorization, but it looks like I'll be lucky if I ever get my money back.

Do not order from them – waited over 2 weeks for a product, it sat with a courier for 10 days 3 hours away and they could provide me no update regarding if I would ever receive this delivery. They were very quick to give a refund because they know they have a flawed. Stick with lululemon or Athleta, at least you receive what you order in a timely fashion.

Carbon38 does not respond when you want to do a return! Smells fraudulent. They do not send the return label as instructed on their website. They don't pick up their phone and I have yet to get an email response asking for a return label for the leggings I purchased that I don't like at all. Very poor customer service!

I bought a $115 cotton ATM crew neck long sleeve tee. It has a hole in the front after the first wearing, never even washed yet. I sent pictures
..response from customer service was that it was normal wear and tear..one wear…they don't care if they sell crap for luxury prices. This is just one in a long stream of negative reviews of this company..stay clear of this company…they do not care about doing the right thing. I will not support this company until they hold their product providers accountable.

I purchased the carbon38 contrast 7/8 stich leggings in red. The first thing that was very noticeable was the material which looked like something found an a abandoned clown shop. I thought maybe someone had switched my package and replaced it with a costume piece for a rejected clown I wanted red not red orange tone red Buyer please be aware
