Scam company. No order acknowledgement or dispatch email, no response to emails, no response to PayPal dispute. Avoid at all costs

I would give his company 0 if possible. Happily taken my money and sent me nothing. No response to emails. Do not buy from this company. I will be pursuing a refund through legal channels if my products do not arrive. Disgraceful

No goods delivered, no response to email via PayPal or direct to their email on the website. No response to PayPal when I opened a dispute.

I ordered shorts and jersey on the 7th of June. I received confirmation but I have still not received my order. I have sent 3 emails they responded to 1 saying they have shipped my order and I will receive my order within 7 days. I have received nothing. Please do not purchase anything from this so called company. Absolutely rubbish and I threatened to put there bad name all over social media and that's what I will now do.

It's a shame I can't opt for less than 1 star. I placed an order on the 7th June 2017 and had nothing through the post for over a month. The first email I sent failed to register a response. Likewise, neither did the second. I eventually phoned and left message outlining my disappointment with the lack of goods and that they provided a sub-standard service. Carbon Planet finally responded in an email stating that I would receive a refund. That was on Monday 10th July and I still haven't been refunded. (As of Friday 14 July).
Don't bother with this company. You'll waste time and energy. Find a far more reputable company to do your business with.

When items arrive they are good value however delivery is at least double what is promised and communications are poor.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Stuff never arrived, don't respond to emails and they've taken the phone number off their website. Probably because of all the irate customers. Do not buy anything from them
