I listen to all these reviews and I took a chance and ordered my tail lights cause it was a very good price I ordered them on May 29th I noticed coronavirus I order stuff from eBay every week I ordered my front headlights last Saturday and I received them 5 days after that I order stuff from eBay all the time their price is really good in their products seem like they're very good quality I still haven't received any email when they're going to be shipped on this wondering when they're going to ship them out when I call them no one answers the phone no one returns my phone call in the email to say they'll get back to me shortly and they never do I just want to know when I'm getting my product and I hope it get it soon and I hope I don't have to fly out there and go there personally talk somebody I hope soon that I will get my product it's over 14 days now nothing not even a confirmation tell me when they're going to ship them that's very unprofessional so I hope that they send them soon I do not like sending a bad review who is business is business and people need to pay more money but you have to be professional and you have to be prompt I have an eBay business to where I sell both products to people and the people get their products I don't care where they're at so and I contact them so I don't want to hear that does coronavirus stuff okay cuz everyone is still shipping things and it's fake it just a regular coronavirus flu so it is and it's just the governments of every Governor just to try to destroy the economy not getting it to that just want my chronicand if I get my product and get a call or an email from them I will change my review to five stars but right now I don't know what purview to give you so all I could do is give you three cause just no response I will give you five and plus but no response is not good you can't ignore people

Apparently these reviews don鈥檛 matter to the company as they are still delivering damaged goods and appalling customer service

Last email I revived from Josh(an owner) said time was up and I would never get parts or money. Called the main number spoke to Ivan who would check with the manufacturer and get back NO RESPONSE

Didn鈥檛 even accept delivery from the truck. Box mangled beyond belief fiberglass parts loose inside with no padding the front and rear Section were damaged and refused

Still fighting with them….

This is the same business as bodykits.com…. they are shocking. Do not do business with them and don鈥檛 trust them…. zero customer service…. they do not care … I needed a replacement part after spending a fortune on a body kit… poor quality and could not get a replacement 6 months later…. just appalled by sarcastic emails… terrible experience ?

Many emails trying to get simple answers on $4000 of bodykits like is it in stock, any bulk discount, shipping time and costs, couldnt get any decent answers over many weeks trying, and then they wouldnt price match, unbelievable, lost confidence, went elsewhere and got cheaper, better, faster!

I ordered aftermarket headlights for a 93 integra in August of 2014. Here it is April of 2016 and every month they told me it will ship next month. I cancelled my order and they said they sent a refund check 5 times…I have not received any refund check from them they are liars and scam artists. I have called left voice-mail trying to get this rectified and it still hasnt. I'm beyond pissed.
It is now August 22, 2016 and I still have not received a refund…

Never did get reimbused! After hundreds of attempts, I finally gave up! It was no longer worth the stress!! Hope they go out of business!!

Placed an order for a carbon fiber hood for a tundra made by VIS racing from carbodykits on 5-15-2015. I was told it was back ordered and would ship 7-10-2015. When I called 2 months later I was told that VIS racing only delt in cash money and he would pay them cash to expedite my order. 2 months went by and still no hood. I made a PayPal claim and was contacted immediately they said for sure it would be in last week of December 2015 and to please drop the PayPal claim. 1-18-2016 I asked my money to be refunded. 2-16-16 still no refund.

I purchased a 4 piece body kit, which came defective. The owner of the business said he'll waive the re-stocking fee if I don't submit a claim with Amazon. I returned the product over three months ago, and I still haven't got my refund. The seller claims to not have a physical address and their website took down their mailing address so the only way I can sue the business was information on BBB.
I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I wished I research their reviews online before I purchase their product on Amazon. Many other people had the same experience as I did.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, EVEN IF I HAD A MILLION DOLLAR GIFT CARD FROM THEM.

I recently got in an accident and decided to replace not just my front bumper but get a full body kit. The body kit came very quickly (within 4 days from purchasing, but I'm in California). When the body kit came, I saw that the rear bumper had shipping damage (crack on front). I instantly called car body kit store and talked to David, who helped me find a body shop (down the street from me!) who could sand it down and install it. All in all I paid $250 to install. Great experience!

It was one of those instances wherein you need some new parts for your car but your local auto shops do not have the part you are looking for. So where else would you go? Definitely, it would be over the internet. One place that I found over the internet is the Car Body Kit Store. Surprisingly, I found some bad reviews on this site that made me hesitant to make the purchase, however, I took chance because of Rachael was a huge help when I was making inquiries. And I am glad that I took it. Aside from how helpful Rachael was, I was able to find the part that I needed at a price that I find really reasonable and that was another surprise for me.

I think this store really deserves a lot of credit. They are a good business and I don鈥檛 think they deserve all the bad raps. Having ordered a lot of things online and shipped them here in Australia, I know for a fact that there are fees, taxes or anything that would make your international freight quite costly as what you have expected. They must be first timers when it comes to this. They are not aware that ordering and shipping auto parts is not like ordering and shipping a t-shirt.

Basically, I don鈥檛 have any complaints about them. Even though I missed the shipping company鈥檚 call telling me my parts have arrived at the port, they were the ones who called me a few days after and helped get things worked out perfectly.

After a lot of waiting, e-mails, more disturbing, angry e-mails it became clear they didn't have the fenders (although they didn't mention it). We canceled the order and wanted our money back.
Again al lot of e-mails and irritation because it took forever for them to wire the money back.
Still a problem…Not all the money was returned..Now they said this was the cancellation fee..

Fed up with these guys!
Customer support, shove that "have a great day" at the end of every e-mail, up your a**!!!

it might be a good store for americian based customers. but don't use them for overseas. they tell you that they will ship to your door, then you wait over 7 weeks. i then get a call from a shipping company to say that they have the kit, but i have to pay $184 for fright charges, then another $140 for customs, then i had to arrange and pay $180 for frieght from the port to my house which was over 1000 miles away. Then they don't want to help or talk to you. very bad company.

This business has excellent customer service. I came looking for a rear bumper for my car because I got in an accident. They helped me find a low price bumper and even found a body shop by my house that installed it for be. Overall, this company is great and deserves 5 stars.

i would give this site an A+ becuase of the customer service and price. The shipping isn't the fastest, but overall they made me happy
