My husband and I bought a car from Amin Fatouraee at the Reisterstown Road location today. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. Amin was incredibly patient. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into making a purchase. The facilities are clean, comfortable and modern.

Fortunately none of my family were injured when we slid on ice into a tree. However, I was so sad when I saw the amount of damage to my car to the point it had to be towed. I was anticipating that the damage report from the CarBiz repair center was that my car was totaled. I received the complete opposite update which was my car was affordably repairable and the work could be completed in one week. Wow! The professional service that I received from the moment I contacted Carbiz to the moment I retrieved my repaired and detailed car was over the top. Many thanks to the entire CarBiz team.

Purchasing a car through Carbiz was very reminiscent from my purchase of my first car, SATURN. Information posted on website was all inclusive and easy to understand; personnel in showroom and service department top notch; and I have not regretted my purchase even to this date. Some details: loan rate offered by dealer's credit union arrangement beat my federal credit union rate; car came with only one key and sales representative worked with me to purchase a new one through their Baltimore service department and a fair price; car selection awesome; when you start to price compare, you will find Carbiz is $2-$3K cheaper than Carmax; selection has best price and mileage combination; and you will know up front you are getting an awesome deal and a haggle free experience. I have been recommending Carbiz to everybody I know in the market for a used-almost new automobile. As you can tell from my review, I was all so pleased with purchasing my 2017 Toyota Corolla from the Laurel showroom. My husband and I bought a car from the Laurel Showroom. Although we don't usually buy used cars, the car I wanted is now out of production, so the alternative is used. The showroom is beautiful, inviting, and immaculate. They had many beautiful used cars to choose from. The was absolutely no pressure to buy, and the salesman offered different options. The purchase process for us was very fast, and we left with the car I loved. Even though we had an issue with the vehicle, non-mechanical, they offered to fix the problem. If I purchase another used car, I would definitely consider them first.

The overall experience was lessened by the overbearing, high-pressure tactics, and condescending demeanor of the salesperson, Javier: Clean & appealing show room, polite receptionist, and welcoming staff. However, Javier wasted no time in trying to oversell needless aftermarket gear. He definitely did not live up to the 鈥渘o-haggle鈥?business motto. What鈥檚 worse, he was extremely condescending and misogynistic . Even before I entered the car, he manexplained how I should handle and/or drive a vehicle. Gender aside, as a professionally trained driver, who鈥檚 been handling especializad vehicles for several years, I did not appreciate the snarky comments. Perhaps Javier should keep the machismo out of the workplace. I like the car OK, but I鈥檓 definitely not returning!

I am aware that I am responsible to verify all vehicle options prior to purchase, however during my test drive and inspection of the car I was told the car had the options and features Carbiz listed on your website and it would take time for me to learn how to enabled and use the options and features you claimed the car supposedly had (in-dash 6-disc CD/DVD changer, rear view camera, heated mirrors).

It took me about five or six day to realize the vehicle did not have the options you represented it had. I am very disappointed and hurt that your organization lied to me .

It has been one month and I feel I really got myself a great vehicle for a great price. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. There were a few things I wanted fixed on my vehicle before I finalized the purchase and they were very accommodating. My only complaints would be that I gave them a $1000 check as a deposit. I was under the impression that it wouldn鈥檛 be cashed until I followed through with the purchase. The check was drawn from my account the next day. And second, to write a second check for my down payment, they had to run a credit check. I wasn鈥檛 thrilled about this because my credit union had recently ran a credit check for my loan. Too many credit checks negatively effects your credit.

At first I was very pleased with my experience. The truck was what I wanted at a great price. I purchased my vehicle in a state that I did not reside in, so I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase. I spoke multiple times with the sales person about what would happen in the event of any damages and how they would be repaired. He assured me there would be no issues. When we went to see the vehicle we did our best to inspect it inside and out. Once we got home we noticed that the truck had chipped paint on the roof and that the exposed metal had begun to rust. We were not able to see this part at the dealership since it was out of reach. We immediately contacted the sales person. It took time to have the dealership agree to fix it. I dropped of the vehicle to be fixed and was given a timeline for when it would be fixed. That timeline then was extended over and over again. It was not until I contacted my lender and refused to continue payments that a return date was set. Unfortunately when the truck arrived the paint job was already bubbling. I requested it be done correctly. The second time the job was done right.

People there were great! I called about the Jeep and made appointment. The jeep was detailed and ready to look at, it was just emaculat. Fell in love and bought it. I knew the price and got it just for that!

I purchased a 2013 BMW 5 series the check engine light/gas cap came on and I only had the car for about 3 weeks. I called my sales person and told him about the matter he instructed me to call the repair shop. Upon my arrival I was checked in after about 2 hours the result was the gas cap wasn鈥檛 placed properly. O…k this made no sense at all because I would screw the cap until the cap clicked which is always correct. I felt what they told me was completely wrong and did not make sense. After a week or so the light came back on and I could not schedule my appointment because the times conflicted with my schedule. Finally I was able to bring the car in and they wanted to charge me $90 for a diagnostic. What the!!! So I ended up talking to the manager and the fee was waived. Needless to say whatever they did has not fixed the issue. They did not have the part as a result they gave me a print out with the part and said I should go to the dealer. 🙁

I had a good experience with Carbiz. The salesman was helpful and informative. The car is great, I brought it to a service center to have it checked out and it's basically like new. Only complaint is that there was a scuff on the front bumper that would have cost me $300 to have replaced at the dealership, so they buffed the spot and put paint on it. There are also a few dings in the paint but nothing intolerable. Also, they stated it would be detailed when I picked it up, but it wasn't. Overall, it was a good experience.

I worked with Katie Macris for an Internet sale purchase for my niece. The process was first class all the way. I knew I was in the best of hands. She walked me through every step. I might add that it was the best price I could鈥檝e hoped for. I highly recommend Katie and this company. A five star experience!

The car we bought was fine but had some issues. Our salesman was not the most responsive and failed to do things he promised before and after delivery. Here are some of the issues:

1. When we test drove the car, it was covered in white dog hair. We assume previous owner owned a white dog. Salesman promised to have the car professionally detailed before delivery. Upon receiving the car, the same hairs were in the same place, so it never got detailed.

2. The dog hair continues to be an issue. We've had the car detailed and replaced all air filters and the dog hairs continue to come back. Super annoying to buy a car and have this issue. Luckily we're not allergic to dogs.

3. Car came without the jack handles. Salesman told us to just buy off of Amazon and we would be reimbursed. We were never reimbursed nor would salesman respond when asked about that. It was only $20 so I'm not going to rage out about that but again, another issue of salesman not delivering on a promise.

4. Car only came with one key. Any new Honda comes with two. Again, salesman said they could order another set for us at dealer cost. Since retail is $150, that sounded great. But again, repeated attempts to follow up with salesman to get said key at "dealer price" did not illicit any responses.

5. Temporary tags and title were incorrectly filled out. My wife's name was spelled incorrectly and the wrong address was listed. Also, you are not given the title immediately upon purchase even if you paid for the car entirely. I understand there's a company policy about this which is fine, you have to wait 5 days for them to send it. We got our's in 10. This caused us some issues when applying for permanent tags and title.

The car is fine and we enjoy it despite the issues. We moved across the country soon after purchase and it handle the long drive like a champ. However, we would probably not buy another car from CarBiz again due to the lack of responsiveness and failure to execute on promises.
