Do not risk your money with this company at all. I ordered a trailer mover (Ego Plug and Play) from them including the fitting and paid the full fee (approx. 拢850) up front . When the fitter turned up he could not fit the mover as it turned out that it was not suitable. It is now almost 3 months later and I have still not received my refund of money. Despite having tried to call them numerous times (you can never get through) and having sent numerous emails to the company I am now have to instigate legal proceedings to recover my money!!
