Ordered a car stereo on the Saturday, only to receive an automated email on the Tuesday (3 days later) to say it wasn't in stock. I emailed them to ask how long before they would get new stock and i didn't get a reply. Decided to phone them and was told they would never get the item in again. I was annoyed that they didn't just say this in the first place and told them to cancel the order. Now 4 weeks later and i'm still fighting to get a refund. They simply do not respond to emails. I've now reported them to my card company and trading standards. Avoid at all costs!
