This company has decided that the best way to deal with this dispute is to refund us. Having had our money for over 15 weeks and only taking action following the extreme measured I had to take to get their attentions I suppose it is something.

Why has CWS changed its name from MAD MOTORS? Yes because of all the bad reviews.
Look at Google reviews so many bad reviews. Poeple don't have time to do the research I do.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a body kit came in bits. He would not accept it back took three months going through the credit card company to get my money back. Unhonest does not care about his customers.
Please note that they have changed their name to CWS car web shop to try and get away from all the bad reviews. Do you need any further proof.
Want more proof on CWS it has 28 5* feefo reviews over the last year wow funny that none of the bad reviews here aren't on there? Try and put a bad customer review on feefo and guess what it does not show! Don't believe me go to trust pilot reviews on feefo, yes you guessed it bad bad bad he has found a way to get around reviews too. Well done!
If you need any more proof then I'm afraid you deserve to loose your money. Sorry you Have been warned

Update
Feefo has been in touch with me. They informed me that I should have had an opportunity to review my purchase but was not given the opportunity to by CWS they have a duty to put through the bad reviews as well as the good. It seems that they have not been honest with feefo who are now looking into this. This is yet more proof that CWS cannot be trusted. They gave me this opportunity to write a review on feefo to put things right. I am awaiting it going up. Well done feefo
Update 1
Feefo have rejected my first review it went up and CWS complained I have contacted them to inform them I will re – submit a milder version. This has now been submitted. Awaiting outcome.
Update 2
It is now back up today 28/11/19 will monitor to make sure it stays up. Let us see if feefo stick to their promise that they will even though CWS is putting them under pressure to take down. They also updated me they are still looking into why no other bad reviews have been reported when there are so many on other review sites.
Final update
Well my review has stayed up all credit to feefo. One last comment. Look at the CWS feefo reviews it's strange that they had NO reviews for six months! Then after my bad review six 5 star reviews in 10 days. I have my suspicions but will leave it to you to decide what is happening here.
I have been contacted by the new owner of this company. He explained all of the changes and seems to care about his customers. I have checked as much as I can to be sure this is a new owner and not just a change of name. I can confirm that I am reasonably confident that this is the truth. Let us all hope he does a better job than the previous owner.

Ordered goods in July this year. Having failed to send me a tracking number (despite requesting this on at least 2 occasions) and no contact from them in over a month, I contacted them only to be told that parcel force had attempted to deliver to my address on 2 or 3 occasions throughout August. (maybe if I had the tracking number I would have known this?)
They arranged to redeliver in September (yes, we are now into September with this order!), but after failing (yet again) to send me the new tracking number, no one was at home when delivery was attempted. (my fault apparently)
They subsequently cancelled the order and promised to refund full payment. Fair enough, lets just call it a day at that. (you'd think..) However, here we are now into November and I still haven't received my refund. "There's something wrong with our Paypal account") I was told. So I provided them with my bank details. Still nothing, despite numerous calls and emails, non of which they respond too.
It appears my only option now is to put this in the hands of a solicitor. Seriously.., lets just get this sorted CWS.
Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer service I have ever had the miss-fortune to encounter.
Oh, and my 1 star rating on this review is way over generous.
