Your order will be processed and shipped today due to we were closed Christmas week as stated on our website. Also as stated on our website we have a 1-3 business day processing time. Even if we werent closed last week you ordered on the 24th, that would put today at the 3rd day. On schedule.
As I can see from your disrespectful email youre frustrated so I can give you two options.
1.) We can process your order and ship as scheduled today.
2.) We can refund your order and you can take your business elsewhere.
Please let me know how you would like us to proceed. If I dont hear from you by this afternoon we will go ahead and process and ship your order.
