Rats car breaks down at least every other month!!!! it鈥檚 a waste of money!!!!! Too much money. Worst customer service

Scammers! How are they still in business? Why because the Jews Owen it? Or because the buyers are majorities and most don't know better and don't know there rights or have it in them to FIGHT! This company prey off us and get rich !. No return phone calls ! They give you the run around. Like transfer you to voicemails of " managers " " complaints departments " " customer service departments " then my favorite they send you over to closed caroutlet businesses!!! Ohhhh but wait if you have a payment issues they welcome you with open arms. 2 months of this crap and still nothing. I finally take the car to the auto shop on archer and Ivan a totally D He forgot that he is still a employee not a investor, nor does he have a shared stock, this includes the mechanics. After you buy the vehicle they look at you and treat you like garbage ! Like repairing the car is coming out there pocket !. The company buys and sells it for triple. Dammm can you keep a customer happy? You can't fix the problem? No! How are they in business? They screwed with the wrong majority! Word of mouth, is all I have to say. I'm going to make it my business has a yelp employee to make sure they respect and not ever take advantage of anyone else . Better yet, not stay in business.

Oh a few more things. Still no plates! A total of 12 messages left all over every caroutlet. The auto shop mechanics laughed at me a customer! Like it was funny that I was so upset about a 17, 000 car having issues. That鈥檚 before finance ! They laughed that I was so upset I can鈥檛 have my kids in the car because it isn鈥檛 safe. I stood up for my self and they later called to tell me my car will be pull out the auto shop, and that I should pick it up because they have no plans on fixing anything. Seriously? What kind of business is this ? They disrespect their customers, steal their hard earned money, threaten to put their car out on the street. People please don鈥檛 continue to buy from these people. They are taking advantage and they are laughing about it behind close doors . I鈥檓 going to sue the [censored] out of them for not just me for all that have experience this abuse! This is not ok ! Is fraud, illegal and abuse .

I got paid last night, ready to go in and pay my car note at 10am, been through hardship since February but wake up to getting my car repo lol well if they couldn't wait one day, for being a month behind and owe $200 prior to that, well they can keep the car I will use my cash to buy another… Instead of trying to work with you they actually ???? you over.. I'm very upset that I'm paying $24,000 for a $5,000 car but yes my mistake and that's the past, but after paying so many years, 3years to be exact, and you go and do this to a person it's just not right, I'm pretty sure to get my car back I might just be paying double my car note after all the charges you will charge for getting it repo in the 1st place , so what kind help are you guys trying give out to me.. I sware I'm so upset now just a few hours away to pay them and 4am repo WOW…. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT… Great service is a must everywhere that's how they get u in Everytime… Like I said my mistake but with one income and trying to make ends meet, and still with all my strength to keep going on paying this car note CAR OUTLET/TOTAL FINANCE INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE IN NEED YOU JUST PUSHED ME BACK IN THE HOLE THANKS ALOT….

Haven鈥檛 had my car for 2 weeks and it鈥檚 in he repair shop now it鈥檚 ben almost 2 weeks I ben waitin to get my car back ! Struggling to get to work this service sucks first car note have not even came up yet and I already went 2 weeks with out my car

Appauling customer service we rang up a few days ago querying about a vehicle and I put a deposit down wasn't told until after I'd done that that there was also a 拢50 admin fee to be paid so I was like ok to then be told they don't have any warranty on there cars and I had too pay an extra 拢200 for warranty after thinking about it for a while i decides i couldn't afford the warranty price and didn't want too risk buying a car with no warranty at all so we rang up to ask for our deposit which they have now decides is non refundable they never said anything about non refundable and it doesn't state it on there website at all so after I argues my case they ask for proof I paid it to them so I sent it them to which there now making other excuses so I've rang citizens advice and I'm putting in a small claims court form today absolutely shocking business and I wouldn't recommend anybody buying off this company at all!

Absolutely appalling service. Was spoken to like a child. Was mocked on the phone. And brought up a query and they said I鈥檒l pass you on to my coluege please hold ……. hello what do you want !!!!! I was flabbergasted ?. Told the work had been done then next thing it hadn鈥檛. Honestly please avoid at all cost. I鈥檓 so glad I鈥檝e got my cash still. Dread to think how I would be spoken to if I had a problem with it.

They asked for lot of money for cars that breakdown after you bought them. They offer warranty and then they do not send your details to the cover so you need to pay extra to fix your car. They never reply to call, horrible service

Bad experience bad service

We were there for hours once we tried the car the lady informed us that we couldn't bring it home until we had a co signer something that wasn't informed to us when we arrived .. then we took paperwork from the co signer and now they won't stop calling my brother for another letter these people are very disorganized I don't recommend this dealer to anybody unless you have enough time to pick up their calls every day at every hour don't do it!

All the staff was really helpful, specially karina and mark, they worked with me and made sure I was comfortable and they had an answer to all my questions

We would wothout a doubt recommend Car Outlet to our friends. They really worked with us to have the monthly payment we could afford. They made the process as simple as possible. There were a few minor issues with some features not working properly and we were referred to Car Outlet鈥檚 mechanic to be fixed at no additional charge. It鈥檚 really great service like this that will keep us coming back to Car Outlet for our next purchase and send friends to them as well.

My experience was great! The sales rep. Leo and Alfonzo were awesome people to work with. They took me step by step with my purchase, explained everything to me and showed patience. Just my over all experience was awesome. Even the finance rep. was awesome. My overall experience was awesome. I would recommend family and friends. Thanks for the help that was given to me.

Good People To Do Business With!!!!!

I like my car granted it was my only option but it smelled like a cat the tire was low and there was absolutely no gas and a dead battery…considering they filled my friends gas tank upon purchase and all the money i spent you think they would offer a complementary airfreshner and at least a quarter tank of gas. At least my tire got filled and my battery was recharged.
