I ordered a set of heavy duty rubber mats for a Citroen C4 from Car Mat Kings. Unfortunately I made a mistake and should have added the word Picasso, which I realized upon delivery. I phoned them and got through straight away and explained my mistake to a very obliging man. The best I was hoping for was for me to pay for return postage and new postage and for them to send me the correct set. To my amazement he told me to keep the mats and they would send the correct set free of charge and next day delivery. I offered to pay postage but he refused. I did receive the mats the next day and am very pleased with the quality. I thought I should write a review because it's so rare to receive such good service.

Ordered car mats late on Saturday 17th March for my Fiesta which I collected from my local Sainsburys on Wednesday 21st March but didn't have time to fit in my car until 23rd March.
I was pleased with the mats generally but found the drivers mat did not fit the studs in the car – the holes in the mat were too close together. I contacted the company (vehicle accessory warehouse / scotspeed) through eBay messages & received a reply several hours later asking me to send my car registration so that they could check their database & resolve.
I received a further email from scotspeed saying they had refunded me in full as they didn't think they could resolve the problem. However, although it was difficult to get through on the phone, I did manage to speak to Paul & asked whether they could make me just the drivers mat as the other mats were OK. I agreed to measure the distance between the studs in my car & said I would be willing to pay the cost for the drivers mat but was told to just keep the original set I had received anyway & they would send me another set at no further cost.
I have received the replacement set & I am pleased to say the drivers mat now fits so thank you very much scotspeed for all your help in resolving the problem.
Maybe if other people gave the company a chance to try & resolve any problem first of all instead of just leaving a negative review, then a satisfactory solution can often be found. Don't forget, everyone can make mistakes but it is how they are resolved that matters.

AVOID!! Wish I'd looked at reviews online. Mats don't fit my Mini. I have tried calling and the line rings out, emailed twice now and no response. COWBOYS. The quality was not what was shown on the website and the whole thing a waste of money.

I too read some of the negative stuff before deciding to go ahead and order my mats so I was a little nervous about what I was or wasn't going to receive. In fact the mats turned up at home (Kent) within 2 days, as ordered and fit my car (Volvo S60) perfectly. The price was lower than their competitors, who I would also have no previous experience of using. The beige colour may not match the existing carpets but hey, the crappy old worn out black rubber ones that were there previously didn't exactly either! All in all I had a very good experience with this company. And no, I have no connection at all with them. I would recommend them. They do need to secure their website however!

My order for Citroen C1 mats turned up only after I telephoned Car Mat Kings to establish why I had not received anything after a week and a half. They blamed Royal Mail, but then proceeded to tell me the item was packaged in my name and sitting ready on the shelf. I was promised it would be sent on 24Hr delivery and to my surprise it did indeed turn up the next day.
In terms of the goods, quality was OK, but the edging material was a light silver whereas I had expected dark grey to match the carpet colour and as per the advertised picture.
Be aware that the Car Mat Kings website is unsecured and thus you run the risk of your credit card details being hacked, which is what happened to me. Finally, note that this company is closely linked to Scotspeed UK Ltd. which has diabolical customer reviews. You Have been warned.!!

Same contact experience as others. Ordered a set of Citreon C1 mats 2011-. When they arrrived, despite having a sticker on them saying Citreon C1 2011, they were completely wrong shape. Tried emailing twice with photos – nil response. Used on-line form – Nil response. Tried phoning – not answered. Complete waste of time and I will try to get my money back through Paypal. Best advice – STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a set of premium mats, at a fifth of the cost of the manufacturer, arrived within three days. Good quality and a perfect fit but the wrong style drivers side holders were fitted and no drivers heel pad as described. As others have mentioned I got no reply to their online form or emails but telephoning received a very quick, helpful and apologetic response. Three days later I received another full set with the correct fittings and heel pad and told to keep the first set and advise of how to swap the fittings when I need to. Can't fault a company that is so willing to correct it's error. Best advice I can give is to telephone your ordered as the website is a bit hit and miss.

Mats I bought for my citreon c 1 are useless just do not fit

I can't use the car mats this outfit sent me as they don't fit my car. The mats are not the same as the picture of the mats on the website. They are very difficult to contact and don't respond to their website form or to emails. When I have managed to contact them they say anything to fob me off but never do what they say they will. They are untrustworthy and I would strongly advise that you don't buy anything from Car Mat Kings. Luckily I paid by credit card so hopefully I will get my money back.

ordered the best carpets in beige for my insignia and they came with black fittings .in the picture it shows beige fixings the pile in the pic shows the fitting being covered by the pile of the carpet . mine came flat no pile,
i have filled in the contact us form twice online on there site. i have written 4 emails to them but they wont reply i phones once but got no answer.
i will never be fooled again by these people claiming to offer superior carpets i could have got better ones from the 拢1 shop
