Straight forward and easy

Horrible service. Booked a car in Europe and when I got to the rental car company, I was told that they have a fee for crossing the border to another country and a fee to clean the car after I return. This is ridiculous. I have never heard of these fees before and I rented a lot of cars. The rental company staff were not helpful at all and when they called carhire lab, it was the same attitude. The fees were in the 5 page voucher we emailed you. Like everybody reads 5 pages of documents every time they rent a car.
Canceled the reservation and went to another company and got the same car with same day reservation and still paid less. Stay away.

Overall, very satisfactory. Pick-up at the beginning was rather slow, waiting to get the car, but after that it was very satisfactory.

Used this service once, but I'll definitely come back again.

Issue on pick up car

Experience was quite good. Only issue was why this opinion survey was sent in German.

Great value from this care hire site and small deposit to secure. Only thing I would have preferred was to pay the balance in 拢 before going away instead of at the point of picking up the car

I have only booked the ford galaxy 7 seater up to now, but it was straight forward and quick and easy to do, at the moment I have had no problems and the price was very fair compared to many other companies and comparison sites. I will give a final review after I pick up the car in June.

This company charges for snow tires when they should be already provided, they have extra fees. Also, overcharge on cars and bad customer service. Charged me for a scratch on a car more than needed. Terrible experience all together, will not use again. Do not recommend.

when I went to pick up the car they asked for almost double of the money I was suppos to pay, just becouse I had a debit car, the same one I used for rent the car everywhere I went in the last 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid this company

at the very last moment, when we drop off the car we found out about a so called , 鈥瀌elivery at airport鈥?tax of 39 USD . This tax has not been visible neither on Car Hire Labs website nor on Europcar desk where we actually got the car. We explicitly asked Europcar representative about the final price and all costs and we were not informed at all. We were not aware about this tax and nobody informed us in spite of explicitly asking about such hidden costs. I do not argue whether such tax shall be in place or not, bottom line such taxes shall be visible for customer. At the end the final price payed has been 40 percent higher than what Europcar and Car Hire Labs were communicating. Disappointing! And to be avoided in future

Excellent – best prices, never had a problem picking up car

At first I have to confess I was a little sceptical, but Car Hire Labs directed us to Nomadcar which at first only raised my scepticism, but I'm please to be able to confirm that our experience was First Class, they didn't have the car we wanted Mercedes GLA so they upgraded us to a Mercedes E220 4Matic. Nomadcars' service was excellent, met at airport, car 50m from arrivals exit.

Cheapest price and easy to book

I was looking to hire a car over Christmas and new year to continue my journey through Australia and found car lab to be the most helpful site with prices to suit. The books no process was the easiest I have come across. Thank you

Evetything was great BUT

you should be sure you're in direct contact with the car provider (in my case Europcar).

Basically they don't know you at all. What you offering, what are your insurance packages/fees…

When I was there to pick up the car, it looked like I booked the car from some doggy website.

they tried to re-selling me a full car protection while I already got one from you…But they couldn't verify what I bought from you and this is quite annoying to be honest.

I don't know if I would rent a car one more time with you if things stay like this…

Very bed information

Well I've booked, and they have been brilliant, great quote, very pleased with their service, they rang me to confirm a few details, I had choice of Sat nav, or full free tank of fuel(mini van) so i took the fuel, I know the way/directions, plus on my phone sat nav, I,ll let you know if all good, when i pick up the car from alamo, which have also been brilliant in the past. Thanks you for great service, etc.one thing you should note, If you pay the deposit, its in euro,s, and if car rented in Canada, USA, you pay in local currency, so try to get a credit card, that does not charge foreign fee,s like Post Office, Saga,some nationwide,
