I would stay away from any Car City location I bought a car that I didn't get to test drive because it had a dead battery, 2 nd issue no bracket for the front plate and I got a ticket and the new manager is a joke he told me 169#'s of a 40 yr old woman that I should go lose weight while he's pushing 300#'s..Classy business technique right..So they don't stand behind their words of fixing things that were supposed to be fixed and now in order for me to trade off I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs.. Discusty huh I will never recommend Car City or Karl Chevrolet to anyone in the Des Moines Iowa area and I'm going to Nebraska tomorrow to buy me a different car as I would never give Car City the glorious satisfaction of my Money… So if you want to buy from liars and a manager that tells a small woman to go lose weight by all means go to this dump but if you want a better experience stay clear of Car City my experience was at Merle Hay road..
