The Cover is neither dirt nor water proof as advertised.
Mine leaked from the rain and water damaged the interior of car.
Emailed OnlineCarCoverCompany and they assured me it needed to "shrink" to close the "pores" in the surface. (lol) OnlineCarCoverCompany finally informed me the "30 day" return policy was over. So much for "Lifetime Warranty" eh?
I would not recommend OnlineCarCoverCompany to anyone for anything.

Bought the 5-layer 100% waterproof car cover. It leaked in the rain. NOT waterproof is it?
Emailed CarAutoCovers.com and their response was "the cover needs to shrink to be waterproof". I thought they were joking. A couple weeks later I emailed them and demanded a refund as the product was iin no way 100% waterproof. CarAutoCovers.com informed me I was past the 30-day return limimt and so their "Lifetime Warranty" did not apply.
Save your hard earned money as I would not recooment CarAutoCovers.com for anything.

Bought a car cover (3-layers) from this site, put onto my car without even move it, but the cover start to fall apart after few months, and the white layer on the top of the car completed "melt away". Called company, the manager told me it did not "melt" within 30 days so I could not get refund. More ridiculous is he told me that the damage is due to "weather"! They will not ship me a replacement unless I pay them $30, which might "melt" again after 30days—-do not buy from this site.

Easy to use website and prompt service. Can't comment yet about the quality of the product as it hasn't been installed.

Took some time to find the "correct" cover I needed. If more description of product quality, function, and ability it would have been quicker and easier. Overall? Should work and serve the intended purpose and worth the time and effort involved.

Ordered the highest quality cover received thin material. Easily tears. Sun see through and definitely NOT waterproof. They reneged on their; "Enjoy 30 days Risk-Free Trial. It's your satisfaction or our Money Back Guarantee. We also include Free Shipping and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of our Car Covers." Rude and Unprofessional business. Don't recommend AVOID BUYING from carautocovers. A bunch of crooks!

I purchased a car cover and didn't fit. Called emailed picture showing didn't fit . 100% satisfaction bull $#*! !!! This what they told me in a email

so the guaranteed fit is a lie . They sent me a cover that don't fit and I have to pay for return shipping On a car cover they "guarantee " it fit and they sell you another speech pitch " you can keep Thats car cover and only pay an additional for $80 dollars For the correct car cover we will send you in 2 days and you keep old one . So why would I keep a car cover that don't fit and why would I pay additional $80 on top of the $189 ( black satin cover? I paid already. DONT BUY !!!! Just go to local store and buy your car cover . At least you can return with out all this bull..

Comes shrink wrapped so the wrinkles are permanent when you take it out out the storage bag(?). Throw the bag away unless you intend to use your seal-a-meal so it can fit back in the bag. Hours of photoshop had to have been used in their sales picture. The wrinkles don't come out. Who wants to put your pride and joy in a used garbage bag? Total waste of money

Don't believe their 100% guarantee money back scam. They do not ship custom covers. They shipped a large cover inside a box with hole punctures not only was the product damaged it was the WRONG size not for my suv but for a land rover or Yukon. I was originally promised a 100% refund and a return label to ship product back for free. Then the sales Dept sent an email offering 40% refund. So not only I don't get the right product I'm suppose to pay for useless damaged goods I never ordered. They are hustlers SCAMMERS STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY. LIARS BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY

Well, the chat was quick, but I could not really determine if the Cc entry checkout page was protected. My card number showed up and I thought that strange. Anyway, Justin on the chat said not to worry. Famous last words! LOL. Placed my order since my Visa is protected by my bank. The cover was advertised as "custom". It is not a custom cover at all. It hangs very loosely. I'm not happy at all and wish to return it. When I called for customer service, I got a recording that I have to email for service. Very frustrating. I will not recommend your company and I'll leave a negative online review.

The website kept dumping my addresses. I wanted to have my product shipped somewhere else, so I needed to enter 2 addresses. Your website would not take a shipping and billing address. The site also flashed and went back to the main page 3 times, which made me have to reenter my information all over again.

Mobile browser (Android Chrome) support is awful. The recaptcha does not work, even when switching to desktop mode. What good is the security if it keeps me from creating an account?
