Vacuum date was the he day after I ordered my product and it arrived the next day after that. I've been to their facility in Seward and they always do great work on my catch. This service, though not as fun as catching it yourself, is the best way to get fresh fish shipped direct to your home.

My experience happened to be great! Because of my last minute decision to send a Christmas package a week before Christmas, I was worried it wouldn't be able to get there on time. I called and talked to a lady who I know was extremely busy with the holiday season but kindly took the time to help me figure out a way to get a package to where I needed it to go. Without hesitation she volunteered to take it to the post office right away over her lunch hour since fedex didn't deliver to this destination. The package reached the young man before Christmas and I am grateful for her efforts. I would definitely recommend Captain Jack's Seafood Locker to anyone.

We were impressed with our first purchase from Capt. Jacks. Great customer service, got email to make us aware of the product we were waiting for, fast shipment. My only constructive comment would be, the shredded paper intended for packing was dispersed in the unsecured bag of crab legs. Quite an effort, to removed shredded paper from wet / frozen crab legs in order to transfer to freezer. Thanks so much, we'll be back 🙂

Doesn鈥檛 get any better than Captain Jack鈥檚 Seafood. I save all year to get the red king crab legs for the holidays. The service and the product is amazing. There is a big difference between Alaskan crab legs and the others. Alaskan are way above the rest. If you haven鈥檛 tried Captain Jack鈥檚, please do. They will not disappoint.

I have ordered from Captain Jack's for 2-3 years now and I can tell you with confidence that this is the freshest Seafood you will ever get. When it thaws you can't even smell the fish it is so fresh. They must clean it and freeze it immediately. I love this place! TRUSTPILOT has me living in the UK, but I live in Vermont, USA!
