Caproof has their own attorney to appeal Homeowners Insurance when they deny claims. Attorney settled claim, got paid his fee and sent the rest to Cap roof. Caproof kept the money and did not render service at all..They never answer their phone calls..It's been over a year when their attorney submitted an appeal. It's been 1 1/2 month that they received check for the amount settled. Attorney promised he would mail me a copy of the contract….waiting for that. I don't. know what TOU mean the terms and conditions for this complaint.
