I signed back onto my account with CAPLANCRITTERS.COM. I emailed them several times to let them know there was a problem- they have not responded in any way. These people are apparently a scam company- using cheap drop-ship from China so they can PROVE DELIVERY. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CAPLANCRITTERS! They are a scam. CAPLANCRITTERS.COM will send some crap and when you say you got the wrong item they will point to their proof of delivery and say you got your shipment, we have proof. They are not interested in making their mistake right, so this means that they only scam money. I tried calling but there is never an answer. CAPLANCRITTERS.COM IS A SCAM!
Well, now I have ripped off twice. Caplan Critters has a second web site that generated another fake order. The billed my credit card 50 pounds and shipped me some Ray Ban knock off that is worse than the first POS pair they sent. That is they have ripped me off twice! They'll probably just keep using my credit card. I have had to call the bank. Run the other way! Do not trust any positive reviews you may find. You have been warned.
