I've ordered a hat from capking.de and after two and a half weeks I still haven't received the product. Furthermore, after sending them 3 emails, they don't even bother to reply. Also no one answers their telephone line. So far I still haven't received the product and I will claim my money back through pay pal. Luckily that's no problem
